    Sir me jab bhi intense Vali exercises karta hu like weight training ya long distance running to mere groin muscle me aur hip me strain AA Jata hai . Sir yeh Kyu hota hai jabki me bhut phle se sports khel raha hu

      Iske kai Sare karan ho sakte hain jaise ki achanak se exercises ki intensity badha dena, frequency badha dena ya ni phle week mai 2 din training krte the ab achanak 6 din krne lge, proper warm up na krna, workout ke baad stretching na krna jisse muscles mai tightness develop hona jisse strain ke chances badh jate hain, muscles weak hona, etc.....

      Thik hone ke baad bhi ye exercises krte rhna, isse aage firse nhi hoga, hamstring ko regular stretch kiya kro... Proper warm up ke baad hi game ya practice kiya kro aur hamstring, glute, core muscles ko strong kro👍🏻

    Mujhe left trapezius muscle (thoracic region) and mild lower back pain ke liye orthopaedic ne hamstring stretch exercise bataya hai. Proper way and frequency kitni best hai.

      30 second hold for 3 reps is the Optimal duration for 4-5 days/week, increase the time to 40 sec after 4 weeks and can decrease the frequency to 3 days a week for maintenance of optimum flexibility.

      U will need few more exercises along with the hamstring stretch👍🏻, stretch your upper trapezius and levator scapular and work on thoracic region mobility👍🏻

      You need to perform weight bearing exercises like squats, lunges, calf raises, gluteal bridges, etc for count of 8-12 reps and 2-3 sets with increasing weight as the exercises feels light..... It's a normal thing where the leg gets thin after a surgery, it might take some time but eventually it will get back to it's previous size. 👍🏻👍🏻

      Go for icing every 2-3 hrs, take rest and get you hamstring tapped which will help you offload the muscle, most importantly get it diagnosed what short of injury it is to be assured if you can play tomorrow 👍🏻

      Hamstring tight ho gyi hai, usko regular stretch kro 30 second hold krke 3 reps, aur do week baad 30 seconds se 40 seconds tat time badha dena👍🏻, sath hi video mai jo exercises hain unko kro.... Chronic tightness develop ho gyi hai, stretching ke saath foam rolling bhi kr sakte ho, pain nhi hai to nordic curls aur single leg deadlift bhi add krdo👍🏻

      Ok, abhi running ko band krdo ya kam krdo aur hamstring muscles ko strong kro, jada dard hai to icing kro din mai 2-3 baar 15-20 minute, dard jab pura kam ho jae to video mai exercises hain unko kro, isse hamstring muscles strong hogi, sath mai running ke baad hamstring muscles ko stretch jarur krein👍🏻

    Sir jii wenever I do my leg workout at gym uske aagle din he soreness hoti hai hamstring aur lower back mein 4 din rahti hai fir Normal hoti hai fir se leg workout karne start karta hu fir se wahi soreness start ho jaati hai 4 ya 5 din tak kya karu kya solution hai iska please batayeyi

    Sir, मेरी उम्र 40 साल है l Left Thigh X-Ray is Normal. 05 महीने पहले MRI करवाया था, MRI shows 110 x 82 x 120mm leison on poplitial fossa (behind knee) and adjacent distal thigh? Hematoma? Pseudoanyurism.
    मैंने orthopadic Surgeon को भी दिखाया और specialist सर्जन को भी l They are telling No treatment and no medicine required, take rest, it will automatically dissolved and healed. *ये लगभग 4 साल से है* और मैं हाफ मैराथन 4 बार दौड़ा हूँ, स्प्रिंटर भी हूँ 100 मीटर l कोई दर्द भी नहीं होता लेकिन ये बाएं पैर की Thigh Muscle Tear अब बहुत मज़बूत हो गया है l मेरे बाएं पैर की calf muscle भी strong है क्योंकि मैं शायद अपने बाएं पैर पर ज्यादा जोर देकर पंजे पर दौड़ता था तभी ऐसे है l सर, मैं एक फ़ास्ट बॉलर भी था और बाएं पैर पर ही लैंडिंग होती थी बोलिंग करते समय और मार्शल आर्ट्स भी करता हूँ तो लगता है overstreching के कारण ऐसा हुआ है क्योंकि ये पैर बहुत flexible भी है दाहिने पैर की अपेक्षा l इससे मेरी side kick भी अच्छी आती है l क्या फिजियोथेरेपी से ठीक होगा या ये muscle अब ऐसे ही मज़बूत और flexible रहेगी? Please Advice Sir.

      Aap heat bhi use kr sakte ho agar apko muscle mai tightness ya soreness ho rhi hai abhi bhi ya fir exercises ke phle muscles ko warmup krne ke liye, aur agar swelling hai to icing kre, ice mostly best work krti hai initial 72 hrs mai, 3 months ho chuke hain to heat jada beneficial rahegi, if you want aap dono ka use kr sakte ho (contrast bath) ek minute icing, 3 minute heat, is taraf lagaataar 4-5 baar repeat kre lekin end hamesha icing se krna hai contrast bath mai👍🏻

      hamstring tightness ke bhut sare karan ho sakte hain- Hamstring muscles ko regular stretch kro workout/practice session ke baad, Glute muscles weakness ke karan bhi hamstring tightness ho sakti hai- Single Leg Deadlift, Glute Bridges, Hip Thrust jaise exercises ko add kro usse help milegi, Foam Rolling bhi helpful rahegi..

      Absolutely....REST, ICING, COMPRESSION would be required in initially,These exercises are to be done once the pain subside....Not immediately, and grade 2 tear would require specific care so please see a sports physio for the same👍🏻
