"I'm living her version of my life"
This hit hard. That is exactly what I was doing. My mother is a narcissist through and through. I have had no contact for a tear now. Didn't know that was only the first step my mind had already took the bait

I’m glad i found this channel. I thought I was the only one who’s been through this. I’m having to disconnect from my mother spiritually and it hurts. Right now she’s in a place getting help. I m glad she is I wish I could get my sister on the same page with me. I’m saying to her we have to change too in order for her to change. I’ve already changed I feel it’s best for me to keep my distance when she comes home. She called me and my sister bitches!!! Told me well my mom called me bitches I couldn’t do nothing about it. I told her no I’m not taking that. I just hope she changes at this moment I feel sad thinking about having to deal with her. I still and will always love her, but I’m setting myself free.🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

Thanks for providing a few examples of HOW to mother myself with positive affirmations. I truly did not know how what WORDS to say to self in order to nurture 🙏🏽🙏🏽

You briefly touched on the topic of learning how to be more intimate with your partner and how having a mother wound can affect our level of vulnerability with our partner. Can you do a video on this topic? I need deep healing in this area.

I would LOVE to speak to this woman. Currently, Im taking care of my mother. I want to let this go, but I feel such a great sense of responsibility for her well-being. I need to better understand why.

Too many quotable portions here ladies. Ms Arnise- when you were talking about feeling goofy about talking to your self and your in er child " I was afraid of it not working- I was afraid if being rejected by myself..."
    😭🎯
You have told no word of a lie. Please continue this work- this is healing life affirming and validating stories. This is truly building a healed black woman community. 🙏🏾💗✨🙌🏽
    Thank you.

me personally i went through Colorism, Texturism, Sexism from black men and people. this has nothing to do with white supremacy. these people know what their doing. because they save that disturbing behavior for black women and girls. but other groups of women never experience this.
