@@Jbeats37 It's the opposite actually. Barbara's deal is better for them in the early going because it's not draining cash flow, but worse in the long run if they get big. Kevin's $0.25 royalty (after getting his money back) is only about 7.5% of their average per-unit profit, while Barbara gets 15% of all distributable cash AND 15% if they do ever sell the company.
Kevin always looks for loans. Other sharks make a deal with risks, he gives you a loan, makes 3x his offer back off of your product and keeps a percentage of your company.
In many cases, yes, his offers are savage, but his deal here was very fair.
It's an old video. It was from November 19th, 2021, and by 2022 they were in over 100 stores worldwide and online. And from what I can read, they are still thriving
