He tried to intimidate DJ with words then when that didnt work it escalated to threats of violence using body language and when that threat didnt result in DJ running away or backing down he got in the car and left.. This is for most normal bully behaviour, in most cases people cower or back away and he in his head wins as he scared them off. I know this from first and second hand experience, unfortunately. Only twice out of dozens of encounters has it resulted in actual contact. Liverpool , Birmingham certain parts of london and glasgow. Keep your eyes out for mates that walk up behind you. The guy yapping his mouth off often isnt the one that lands the punch

I used to work here for a short while in 1978. They made Twix, Spangles, Mars bars, mini Mars bars and Banjos (anyone remember those?). We all had to wear those white tops and trousers which they washed for us after each shift. We worked a 3 days shift pattern. 3 consecutive mornings, 3 afternoons, 3 evenings and 3 days off. Those Mars bars tasted great straight off the production line mmmmmmmm😊.

I used to work here for a short while in 1978. They made Twix, Spangles, Mars bars, mini Mars bars and Banjos (anyone remember those?). We all had to wear those white tops and trousers which they washed for us after each shift. We worked a 3 days shift pattern. 3 consecutive mornings, 3 afternoons, 3 evenings and 3 days off. Those Mars bars tasted great straight off the production line mmmmmmmm😊.
A schoolfriend of mine rose to 'Head of Sustainability' at Mars. Not quite sure what that entailed. I'll ask him when I see him next, though he's likely retired by now.

DJ Audits: you can stand your ground and use self defence if necessary. But legally you should not be encouraging a fist fight. If, in a resulting fist fight, someone was badly hurt, or worse case scenario killed, the encouragement you give to fight would not help any resulting legal case. If someone challenges you again, say 'don't be silly' or whatever.
