      Filming people in public is legal.
      Regardless of content.
      What this woman is saying "morals", and not laws, or common law.
      It is also a preconseption in law, that you can not film or photo miners (under 18s). There is no such ruling. The issue of claim is " is it justified and reasponable to film children or other subject matter". ie to film on a public beach, with your family and children with other public and public children in the background shot, against taking a direct photo of someone elses public child (or adult - which even thou legal to do so would raise doubt of reasonable and justified), now what law does doubt come under it be the Human Rights Act for the other person you took as a photo / video - HRA right to have life etc, ie you are invading their public space just as you have you own public space in public.
      Now if a G4S van has stuff to read on the van, they that is for reading and reading by the public so is reasonable and justified for the public to stand up to the van and read and film and photo etc.
      I note the G4S guy did not state about reading van signage but about looking inside the cab. But again its in public, as its a commercial van, meaning a corperate is a natural person not a natural living person in law thus has no HRA rights, so can not be evading a personal space that can be seen while in a public space (ie no trespass).
      Its gonna get worse soon, as where does your space invades somebody elses space, actually in their view invades their personal rights, ie your opinions alters someone elses, of which they are also allowed to be equal and have am opinion too. HRA thus applies to all, but HRA only applies to humans - natural living persons and not corperates which are called in law naturap persons, this is the confusions which Karen's don't understand and force their views upon others.

    • @dwaynewrighton8547
      @dwaynewrighton8547 Год назад

      Yes. You can clamp a private vehicle as a member of the public, but a few Co dictionary must be met.
      For example, have you ever come across someone having home renovations, and outside of their property, are a fleet of contractor vehicles? How they occupy the public footpath to to extent, the footpath is unusable?
      You simply go up to the contractors and ask them to move their vehicles. They normally say in a minute, or I'm busy, or I'm allowed to park here. Challenge all three excuses, the latter is hilarious, as they only have permission to park on the private property of the address of the work site, not the public domain outside of it, as that becomes the legal worksite, and for insurance purposes, contractor vehicles either have to be at their lockup or at a worksite. Video it all, clamp of refused, leave contact Information.

      Not everybody is aware of auditing. Not everybody goes on RUclips. If you put yourself in their shoes, they have noticed a man wearing a mask walking round their premises filming. That does look suspicious, especially if you have never come across an auditor. Maybe the mistake they made is in approaching him, when they should have kept their distance and informed the police, but calling him a 'moron' is very harsh and threatening violence is unfair when you consider that the auditor didn't trouble to explain himself.
      The branch manager was 'nice' because he clearly knew about auditing and realised he could make himself look ridiculous if he challenged the trespass, but bear in mind that even if somebody is an auditor, that doesn't mean their intentions are benign, and the individual usually is still trespassing as filming uninvited does not usually fall within the reasonable expectations of why somebody would enter commercial office premises. I expect I will be disparaged for this response, but it's all too easy to forget to look at things from the other person's point of view. Remember that this RUclipsr is making money by humiliating and embarrassing people, most of them just going about their lawful business in challenging somebody who is clearly trespassing.
