G4S aren’t public servants, it’s a private company that provides security services to both the government and other public/private companies. Inevitably they are bound by the law (like police officers), and although I’m confident the land is private theirs a level of intrusiveness that should be expected (including the recording in and around that space) and it is very likely that corridor would be classed as “public space”. Like most law systems, suing the police or these individuals would do nothing.
