AB- my friend Curtis media ( on RUclips) he’s emailed you he really needs your help as the police have refused to give him bodycam footage from his wrongful unlawful arrest. He says to check your emails please
For anyone that's ever wondered how the Nazis were able to carry out all of their atrocities, the answer is right here in AB's video. It's human nature than when you give someone a job and a uniform and ask them to enforce all sorts of unfair, illogical, tyrannical rules, they will do so. And they will defend those rules to the hilt, regardless of any counter-argument.
I think your right ... also they give you a name, nationality, your religion etc at birth, none of it inherently yours as your location mostly determines which and you'll end up defending it to the death
Correct, conformity without knowledge, slavish conformity, that is someone wears a uniform or is in a certain office they must slavishly be bowed down to.
They also need to be assured that they are not liable for their atrocities. Dehumanisation of the people on whom the atrocities are committed is another. And brainwashing to worship the state.

Many security folk seem to imagine they are enforcing some private licence / lease to tell the public what they can / can't do, rather than lease / licence being obligation, agreeing to conform to the needs of the public, and to make it suitable & accessible.

Maybe a simple way to explain it to them is that what "the centre managers" CAN do is close the centre to the public, if they want, but if they want it open to the public, then that is their choice.
The real reason security dislike you recording them is because it endangers their claiming benefits and in several cases they didn't want their partners seeing them working because it would affect their child payments

Incorrect . nobody can stop a member of the public filming . just as you can not stop CCTV filming you . Those in authority who object to being filmed in public are likely to be involved in incriminating activity at some level .
Yep: ...You can basically do whatever you like (legally) in a private place: They cant stop you or penalize you (legally or civilly) for doing what your doing: Although if they don't want you doing it they can "ask" you to stop or tell you to leave: if you don't comply then they can trespass you
Put simply you can film in publicly accessible places like the Shopping Mall. But, the Management there and Security can trespass you if they like such as for filming as it is as they put it "Rules" to follow in their place or they will trespass you and ask you to leave. Even if it is legal they can still get rid of you, but they cannot stop you from filming or ask you to delete that footage even if they trespass you and ask you to leave the building that is all they can do.
It's my understanding that in the USA you can be made to leave a private business (like a shopping center), for filming. But interestingly you can legally continue to film as you leave!
The UK public couldn’t fight their way out of a wet paper bag. Thank god more and more auditors are becoming more active everyday to show the rampant one way overreach of corporations and government entities.

13:30 If the MSM media wanted to interview inside a shop the centre has no control over it. If the MSM want to use the centre as a backdrop to a future planned interviee they will likely arrange things with the centre and the centre will not refuse because its the MSM. But if some citizen journalist, who has the same legal standing as a MSM journalist, is interviewing some person of interest such as a nonce, then I bet the centre will protect the nonce and harass and assault the citizen journalist and breach their article 10 rights . How do I know this is what could happen? Because security are stupid, low paid, not allowed to use intelligence or initiative or discretion.
15:10 He is right, it is a private building. But so is the pedestrian area outside the building. So how do the public know that the rules that control their actions and sometimes thought can change the moment they step over some imaginary line. The security guard pointed out the signs - hidden away in a corner of the entrance that no one ever looks at. Why do they not look? Because they don't think the rules can change from one public place to another.

Yep: ...You can basically do whatever you like (legally) in a private place: They cant stop you or penalize you (legally or civilly) for doing what your doing: Although if they don't want you doing it they can "ask" you to stop or tell you to leave: if you don't comply then they can trespass you
@@sprinkz6187 So the security guy is right. He can say, "filming is not allowed", and if you say yes it is, you are told to leave.
"so if I bring a big cctv camera that's ok?"... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 AB - absolutely brilliant.
The UK public couldn’t fight their way out of a wet paper bag.
Thank god more and more auditors are becoming more active everyday to show the rampant one way overreach of corporations and government entities.
We love getting shafted 😂
I they’re not, frauditors are diminishing in numbers because the public are sick of them FACT! Look at the numbers
@@dranyamjust6303There are more active these days than ever before.
These guys aren't interested in "fighting" for rights. They want arguments for social media clout.
They probably go unchallenged 90% of the time, but won't show you.
@@eddiebear34 It is fighting for rights, done in the way you describe to get the message across. If they go unchallenged, and it's not shown, then they didn't get their rights challenged, as it should be.
These folk are uneducable
hahaha you are pure class bro. the ending cracked me up hard!
In a world of stabbings, shootings and hard drugs we should be encouraging such young men & women who vlog in public.. 👀🙄❤️👍 The management are missing a trick its good advertising tubers showing how clean the place is and how safe it is. Security should stick to catching shop lifters and pickpockets. 🤔
The law that allows them to film are the same laws that allow the public to film, if they can film you than you can film them
13:30 If the MSM media wanted to interview inside a shop the centre has no control over it.
AB you make me laugh 😂 😂 😂 the security guard.messed up your coffee break and he needs to go to the dentist. Shame on him
15:10 He is right, it is a private building.
I’m up for mass filming there!
Hahaha we're on earth do they get these numpty security guards from !!
They don’t want anyone filming the empty shops. Them shops selling high priced rubbish and they are not even respectful to the customers spend your money somewhere else until they treat you respectfully.
Charlie Veitch should come visit this "not allowed" place 😂🤣
Impressive “not allowed” count in this one
There definitely should be a "not allowed" counter in the corner of the screen on these videos.
Who won the not allowed game with A B ?
@@Hammertime054 your not allowed to know
This conversation was comedy gold 😂
Bwahahaha. He's famous! Loved this one. Thx for sharing AB! Watching from Vancouver, Canada! Take care, Jules.
You must return to the Oracle as an auditor. Brilliant, mate.
I thought this chap was pretty nice, even though he didn't know the law, he engaged in a calm and polite manner. I don't think English was his first language but he smashed it. Would love to see a gaggle of auditors go to the Oracle and see what transpires!
He wasn’t aware AB was filming him - then you see how calm it could be 😅
