Several years ago they installed 6 Lincoln heat pumps without planning approval so had to get retrospective approval. Nothing really top secret about what UTAC does, just expensive. Based on Land Registry the grass parcel and road to roundabout are a separate parcel, the roundabout was revised to accommodate FedEx traffic on opposite end of the property and new housing development. Plausible not their private property.
