How you move furniture in this small places? Just asking because we have got problems to move in into regular places (especially sofa and bed are problematic pieces).

You can google it. It’s 9.8 ft. That’s almost 10 ft x 10 ft.
You can use 2x4 plank, it’s 8 ft long but it’s doable.
So, imagine if it’s 8 ft x 8 ft, which is smaller and 8 ft height. Imagine stacking 3 of those and you have 3 story.

Three metres is ten feet, not nine, but I love the design.

So, first floor is 9sqm, so is 2nd floor and roof deck so that’s 27 sqm total.
And 3m is 9.8 ft. That’s almost 10 ft.
So 10x10=100 sqft x 3 floors = 300 sqft.
Specially, that’s 291 sqft.

Sorry buti have concern on this design.. i think the flaw of this design is the concept of the 3rd floor.. if there will be a heavy rain or storm, water can easily pour from the 3rd floor.. i guess this design is only for dry places only?

What a waste of space. Pretty much the whole third floor is just a balcony. Why not have the balcony wrap around the 3rd floor instead? Has so much potential.

This may, or may not, be an intriguing design--but the hideous visual presentation is so utterly confusing, my stomach and head can't take it, so I had to stop watching. Please do these in a more normal manner, not as if the photographer (or CAD) is hanging from the ceiling shooting the stairs from an impossible angle, among a multitude of other sickening views.
