These designs all appear to come from warm weather places. I live in a place with seasonal weather meaning hot summer and cold winter. A certain amount of storage space would be necessary for the off-season clothing and bedding. A half-bathroom (toilet and sink) instead of a full bathroom on the first floor would help in that regard,

I think the 2nd toilet is a bit redundant, if you can keep it to upstairs only then the downstairs space could be so much more. I'd rather have a better living space than a couch facing a staircase as opposed to a 2nd toilet.
The upstairs porch is also a bit wasteful, the same space could be achieved outside the footprint and a larger bedroom with access to both sides of the bed achieved instead.
The presentation and rendering are great though.

I agree with the point about the second bathroom but i really like the idea of the little balcony off the bedroom, but maybe facing the back yard but all of that is just my personal opinion and the overall design was really nice imo
Then say you have a friend over will they have to go upstairs i.e thru your bedroom to just to use the loo? I feel a toilet downstairs is neccessary even tho it eats up space, I wouldn't want to go upstairs everytime I want to use the toilet either.

why 2 bathrooms ? This is a small home there is no need for 2 bathrooms and the balcony on the second level is not needed either , make a nice porch in the back instead. That way you got space on the second level to make a full bathroom and on the first level you got at least room for a table that sit 4 people not 2 and without the first level full bathroom you got space for storage . If someone really want 2 bathroom , it should be the full bathroom on the second floor and the half bathroon on the first floor not the other way around its just not convenient. Plus the way the bed is situated its not convenient if you sleep 2 people . I admit it looks nice but there is so many flaws and I have seen lots of small home design , before you buy a small home you need to think about every single small thing and decide what you can live with or without .

@@marimoblue829 the goal of a small home is to maximize the space , having 2 bathroom is not doing that , By having one bathroom you save on so much space.

I like this small house... But is it possible to make like this with 1master bedroom that fit 2beds(queen sizes) at the 2nd floor without toilet just only room and Balcony... And on the 1st floor mix the RESTROOM and WASHING MACHINE...and also the roof only have 1 elevated... with 5mx7m....Thank you so much... please indicate the posible amount..

I would like 5 x 7 meters. The bath in first floor no shower, more space for kitchen. Second floor the room with queen bed at the back and bigger, windows on the sides. Bath with tub.

Buen ejercicio de diseño pero, ¿Para qué dos baños en una casa tan pequeña? sería mejor prescindir del de la planta baja y así ampliar el espacio del comedor.
Sí, definitivamente, es la petición del cliente ya que el propietario prefiere tener un baño cerca de la habitación para mayor comodidad.

Pede storage room n lng ung ground toilet, tapos yung sofa naka bunk bed at sa taas naka murphy bed.. solve apat n tao may sariling tulugan

Porque todos los diseños colocan un baño completo en la.parte de abajo con medio baño es suficiente y dejar más espacio abajo y arriba hay espacios desperdiciados

I'd get rid of one of the bathrooms. Probably the ground level and reconfigure for a big lounge room.
I agree, two T&Bs are too much of a luxury for a tiny house built for two. The space could indeed be put to better use.

Ok sna magand pro sa liit ng bhay dpat medyo niliitan din ung cr tpps dalawa pa ang cr sa taas at baba, obviously isang family lang ang nakatira dyan dpat ela ng cr sa taas, not good idea, nkakatawa halos puro cr di tuloy na maximize ung space ng mabuti, kung wla ng cr sa taas pwdeng isa pang room na medyo maliit lang.
This house isn't so functional to be honest, the living room is a huge nope being so clise to the entrance and facing the stairs. Instead i would completely remove the first floor bathroom and only leave the second floor one, instead of having a whole dedicated space for a laundry room make it into a half bath. Then i would put the couch in the place of the big bathroom, extend the kitchen to where the current dining area is because there's 0 counter spsce for it to actually be usable, and put the dining area near the door because it probably won't be used that much anyways.
