In this day and age, human beings tend to gravitate towards quality of life.
And it seems that we shy away from possession in quantity to enable actions towards quality.
Satisfaction is indeed subjective, and dynamic. As for this era that we currently exist (2022), we tend to fancy smaller homes.
In this episode, we explore a house design that is minimal but with the full functionality of its users in mind.
Size: 3 x 4.5 meters (13.5 SQM)
Design Style: Modern Minimalist
Floors: 3
Areas: Bathroom/Toilet, Living Area, Kitchen, Study/Gaming Area, Bedroom, Roof Deck
Appliances / Technology: Washing machine, Halogen Cooker, Projector, Computer/Laptop, Solar Panel.

I think its okay to offset the stair off buildings so there will be a cantilever and put some wood stock to burn under the cantilever
I think thats one beautiful ergonomic approach of doing the stairs.
Cool concept, but it doesn't make sense in the site thats shown in the render. A small 3-story house like that would only really make sense in a horizontally tight space, otherwise the stairs are quite a waste in such a small building.

Minimalism at it's best, great concept for those narrow blocks, it's true the stairs take up a lot of space, but if you used spiral stairs you would lose all the awesome storage space, and will have trouble getting the bed upstairs.
Thank you! Definitely there are multiple ways on how to design a space. At the end of the day, it will still be based on the user's objective. As creatives, we can only suggest what we think/feel is the most effective and comfortable solution based on our insights, and ideas - with our current experience & level. Ideally, the more inputs from fellow designer and creatives, the better the output will be. 😉
Don't have a bed, think Japanese, use a futon.
The staircase is long and took a lot of space, particularly on the second floor.
Thank you for the criticism. Next design I will rethink how to minimize the length of the staircase whilst maintaining ergonomics.

Best advice, giants with height 6 footers flat are not advisable to live in this tiny space. 😂 Your your height can endure, but body shape is huge, and I really can tell you, you might wreck those skinny walls. 😂
