Hypertrophy creates muscle gain not protein. Fact, spinach has more protein per calorie than steak. Excess protein in the diet just creates inflammation and disease. The healthiest people in the world that live the longest are the cultures that eat a plant based diet and eat the least amount of calories. That’s a fact! You want to live long eat vegan and restrict calories. You want to age fast and die of disease eat meat and dairy.

      Different countries, different expectations, different laws.
      In the West we have the assurance that if your dog was eaten by someone who found it acceptable, we would not and then we would punish.
      The West is already semi-vegan in the way we protect animals. We have laws which give animals rights in some cases equal with a human.

      "nutrient dense" and "nutritious" are two very different things. for example, a nutrient dense source of protein would be a cow. on the other hand, a nutritious source of protein would be kale. why? because it contains other nutrients such as Vitamin C, A, K, Omega-3 fatty acids, fibre, carbs etc; whereas cow flesh is literally just protein and fat. I suggest you collect information from research that isn't funded by such a cruel industry and if you can manage, try not calling us "satanic and deceitful". in actuality you are the one who chooses not to look at ethical research, educate yourself and, based on it, make the most ethical choice. its much easier instead to keep eating carcinogenic (WHO verified) strips of protein dense pig fat and run away from the truth. But noooo, we're ignorant.

If you like you can als add Tofu but it isn't neccesary at all .You don't have to eat tons of special foods and supplements in order to be vegan . Mother natures ways of reducing overpopulation are much worse and more drawn out. Would u rather die from an ethical gunshoy which will kill u within a matter of seconds or rot out from the inside out like deer did with CWD or starve to death slowly because there's not enough food for u cause there are to many deer. Also when u have to compensate for an increase in crop consumption there will be more people turning natural habitat into farmland because it is more profitable and crp programs will tank because they can not afford to keep buying the farmers out when it is worth more to farm and then the animals have no habitat. What u think happens when they don't have a habitat, they starve, get ran over, eat each other, etc.

      shoe laces - that is what my question is based on. If a human that kills animals is immoral or unethical or just wrong to a vegan, then why would animals killing animals be moral?
      Even if an animal is obligated by instinct to be immoral, it should still be punished.
      To me it is an unacceptable double standard which holds the vegan movement back.
      I would argue that an animal that is carnivorous is fair game for a human to eat because they are moral equals and ethical equals.

    • @etb943
      @etb943 6 лет назад +1

      Daniel Hobgen it’s pretty obvious. Humans don’t need to kill animals to survive. There are other options for us. Certain animals that are true carnivores depend on killing their prey to stay alive. They also can’t walk into a grocery store like us either.

    Mate, well done. The way you composed yourself in that discussion was incredible. If you had shown any sign of agression or being too pushy he would have walked off after 20 seconds. Instead you managed to get all your points across in a friendly way and ended on a positive note. 👍

      I'm sorry for whatever happened in your life to make you such an angry, unhappy person. I hope you find peace and start leading a life with no pain. And I have the same hope for all the animals in farms.
