F2P doesn't really matter lol. All paying does is make the game faster and saves time. There's no such thing as a P2P mechanic in this game because you can't buy high end materials or monster type materials outside of small ones. People just make excuses to make themselves feel better lol.
I have more than enough Mizustune parts already! The real thing that's holding me back from upgrading those weapons is Flowferns. I need so many Flowferns.
That damn Jyuratodes. I was farming stuff for my water LS build and it took me AGES to get the gloves to 6 to unlock Water level 2. I loathe that SOB. He j ust would not drop any damn grade 1 scales. And he doesn't show up much to begin with over here, for whatever reason, so I had to farm him via tracking. An absolute drag.
I got my Mizutsune LS all the way to 9.5 during the Mizu event. Looks like I can get it to G10 before Teostra shows up. I just hope Teostra's fight will be fun, and its gear good.
Hrmmm…what I’m really needing are the refined weapon upgrade pieces, one a day is rough!😛 (Also, hoping for 5 mizu HATs! Maybe that way I can actually get plates!😛)

I’ve run out of armour refining parts. Getting just one a day is very limiting if you want to make different armour.

An interesting August is coming up for us :D For sure my dual blade from Mizustune and bow coral pukei pukei will be reinforced.

I hate hunting great jagras ... how do you hunt jagras; black diablos bow or something else to break forelegs?
You have to aim at the forelegs. If you get good enough you can break the forelegs and stomach/head with blos. It just takes practice.
