Wasn't expecting this kind of content here but is a welcome one. Feeling updated on these japanese things and less ignorant overall. Everything is simply impressive. Thank you.
Really love the LED gimmicks and the articulation of your apartment. Minimal seam lines and very detailed. Even comes with an actual heat rod in the bathroom. Hope there's a painted video soon
Very neat! PSO is my all-time favorite game! I started on Dreamcast, had that same ASCII keyboard controller for GameCube, and still play on Ephinea for PC!
This is a cool video because when it starts in what feels like a claustrophobic hallway but then you started showing all the features and it became very impressive how efficient the space is used. The bathroom was amazing, I can see why you got so excited about the shower! I love the airflow thingies. The nub catching tray is so cool, I use half of the box for that usually and I would love to have one of those. I tried to use calligraphy pens to ink my drawings once and it was a disaster, it'd be interesting to try those g-pens. Mad jealous of the Leopard Gundam. This is a fun tour, I really enjoyed this video!
Great video! I love the apartment and all the little convenient stuff. I had one thought for a trick about the luggage - you could get a little tablecloth or a scarf / shawl and drape it over so that looks like furniture. I’ve done that in the past with unsightly crates and stuff.
Looks pretty neat and organized for someone being into model kits. But yeah, this is like a super modern super deluxe apartment compared to what a foreigner is usually allowed to rent in Japan. How much yen per month does it cost you?
Wow! I really like it! This is a sensitive topic for me since I’m moving to Tokyo on the end of September… could I ask you some questions about your apartment? Because I was looking around for some real estate agencies but none of them have such nice furnitures!
@@pixxellie thanks, they suggested me and agency called leopalace 21 and another one called wagaya but their apartments don’t look that nice! Do you remember the name of your agency?
Great tour and such a beautiful home! I'm so jealous of that keyboard gamecube controller lol I've always wanted to get one just for the novelty of it, but never pull the trigger
Discovered your channel last night and you’ve opened my world with more model kits cause I didn’t know about all of these kits of gunpla and others that Japan has which were awesome to see in the Shizuoka hobby show 2024 video cause so far I’ve only worked on Airfix and only a beginner at that as well but I would like to maybe like to experiment with gunpla or voltom, anyway have you ever thought about doing a video of making a kit and showing your techniques for beginners?
My first apartment in Japan 24 years ago was small like this, but certainly not as fancy. Nice that you have a small balcony. Advice! At a home center, buy a large sheet of clear plastic and put it under your desk area where you work on model kits. You wouldn't want to drop any paints or Gundam markets on that beautiful floor of yours. Also, 48 degrees is way too hot for your water and having it set to that will drive your gas bill up. I live in a town in the mountains of Gunma Prefecture north from you where propane gas canisters are hand-delivered by truck. In the winter months I pay up to 30,000 yen a month and it really kills me. Then again, for my 3LDK apartment, I probably pay less than half of what a 1DK apartment goes for in Tokyo... especially since it's partially subsidized by my employer. My daughter has her bedroom and I have my own hobby room for the family computer, model workbench, model kit stash shelves, and my retro game collection.
For the box art, why not untab the four sides, the box can be flatten for storage and transport, once you reach US, you can glue back the side tabs, return it back to box shape.
Narikiri DUngeon is the "tales of" version of Dissidia where everyone is almost in it. Ithink it has an english version of some called Radiant MYthology on Psp
I never lived in Tokyo when I was in Japan. I was in the suburb, and the apartments were larger. This apartment seems very nice! I wonder what area in Tokyo it is located and how affordable it is. Regardless, a nice cave!!
New subscriber here, loved this video. I dream to travel to japan but im disabled so I can only dream I guess. I was just wondering is your profession and do you speak fluent japanese?
So you ship gunpla back home to the states? I think when I finally go to Japan, I will probably go overboard buying gunpla and figures and won't have enough luggage to take it back on the plane. Is the postage expensive and would it be hard for someone with extremely novice Japanese language skills to fill out the forms?
yeah! the post office can be tricky to use if you dont speak any Japanese, but it's pretty affordable to ship things back because kits are so lightweight.
Does the apartment comes with a secret basement where you can build your own mobile suit? Just kidding lol. Anyhow good to know that you are doing great in Japan. Thanks for this fun video ❤️
Fascinating video! Thank you 💮
Thanks for watching!!! Love your channel! 🥰
The kitchen seems to be lacking in storage so do people just buy what they plan to eat that day or do they eat out a lot?
Ellie, binge watching your videos 📹
Keep it coming! 🎉😊

Amazing amount of convenience packed into this place.
The sliding hooks on the ceiling and the ventilating thing are simply genius!
right!? so many smart ideas!
Thanks for sharing the Wonderswan collection, still looking forward to a Wonderswan game hunt video :)
working on it!
Great video and love the place! Thanks for sharing! As an artist and art school grad I commend your pursuit as a manga artist!!!
thank you!! 🙂 I will do my best!
Wow, I love that portable model building kit!
it's really handy!
Awesome video! Great job showing all the details of the space!

Oh thats a really good idea!! Thanks for the tip!
If this is in central tokyo it's large by tokyo standards. Majority of aparments for single persons are smaller than this.
Looks pretty neat and organized for someone being into model kits.

if you actually use your gamecube to play online I would say it's well worth the investment!
Great video! Very civilized, thanks for sharing your space.

Good point, I can probably lower it a bit now that it’s warmer outside too!

be on the lookout in maybe a year haha 😅
There's an anime about bathrooms that I think you'll like. It's called 'Thermae Romae Novae' 👍

it is truly amazing lol
Japnese bathrooms practically count as their own household appliance.

and that was shot with the wide angle lens that makes it look bigger!
Hi, Can we get a video how to send Gunpla from japan post office to the US! Thanks in advance
