@@kevinritter5159 I don't think that they can make a better Hulk because this was made with the ideas of real life scenarios. I grew up with the show and I loved it! The others use his powers more in depth because Hulk doesn't do Hulk Smash on these episodes which is a steal because it's the Hulk's signature finisher.
Bill Bixby's acting when he gets sprayed is great. Such a talented actor that's greatly missed. :)
I wonder what happened to his son, Eddie. Probably Children Services took him away when they found out his dad turns into a big, dumb, ugly, goofy, green guy. He can't take care of a kid.
I love when he gets sprayed in the face. That whole acting bit and his moaning loud. And falling to the ground. Lmao 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. LOL HAHAHAHA

It was the acting before that I liked even more, the build up.
The whole ordeal was just totally irrational and you could really feel the fear, frustration, trepidation and everything coming from David after she said the dirty cops were going to kill them.
The pepper spray in the eye was just the icing on the cake.
I love how Hulk puts the crooked cop behind bars. 😂

Bill and Lou together with their performances made this show believable. I’m glad I saw it’s first run when I was young. Gosh shows like this are rare. If bill and Lou had the special effects of today. Wow that would be something.

Love how a lot of hulk episodes filmed in darkness did it really matter if it was day time
David sounds like he was in tremendous pain after he got pepper sprayed.
Always loved the music score from the 2nd season episodes.This episodes score is one of the best. It competes with movie scores from the same era. For a TV show to have put such effort into the background music is amazing. The sound affects and cinema feel to the 2nd season early on before budget problems came upon the series really was a special time for the Incredible hulk. Us that were children back in the 70's were so lucky to have this show in our lives. I can't tell you how important this show was in my young life at the time. Then once again in my early adult life when they played this on the sci-fi channel in the early 1990's!!!!!
But its not just the effort put in to the music, but look at some of the stunts ,just for a TV show !
What a great show and scenes like this are why. Thanks Bill and Lou.

You have to watch the show awhile to understand David's fear of becoming the Hulk, but it really came in handy.

I saw this scene when I was a kid. I had no idea at three time what it was about, but it was my introduction to the Hulk.

I always thought the same thing. Why would he want to get rid of something that consistently saved his life? But I suppose the answer is that he wouldn’t even be in those sticky situations if it weren’t for the Hulk, since if he could live normally he wouldn’t constantly be moving around.

He needed the hulk in order to escape, the way how hulk change’s back to David is quite good how he starts to calm down & looks tired then back to David
Notice when Hulk let's go of the sheriff, he doesn't fall down right away. Those wonderful 70's special effects. 🤣

It's coming. Clips from Season Three will be here sooner or later. And when they do, let's hope we see something besides the portions where Banner transforms into the hulk. Because - in particular - there's one episode that doesn't involve the hulk in any way, yet one moment in the episode got everyone glued to their seat. The episode was ""Broken Image". In it, it has a moment that may best be described as "McGee Sees Banner Alive And Well". And this actually does happen in the episode. I hope the uploaders do the wise thing and upload this portion as a way of promoting the episode and the Season Three set. Because the concept the plot deals with has potential, and the episode works with its concept very well.

This is the second time that they wouldn't allow Hulk use the phone. He may be a big, goofy, not so smart green guy but he likes to keep in contact with his buddies. One time he was in a phone booth and the operator told him to deposit 25 cents. He can't carry change in those ripped, holey pants. He smashed the phone booth and phone and stole a handful of quarters. Probably why he is in jail.
