I'm 66 disabled with bad heart. Just took mine out of a 2000 Nissan Maxiam in about 45 minutes. Now to put the new one in.
I ordered one from a seller on ebay. Same spec and warrenty as parts store. parts store $ 175.00 cheapest one " ebay $ 75.00 delivered.

Good camera work and close mic sound on the voice is A1. Move the compressor to another location with a longer line and you're perfect!

With the fans removed it will slide up & out without moving the A/C.
But' removing the A/C allows it to be removed from bottom without removing fans so it will come out either way. My nephew is a Nissan master tech and chooses the bottom removal with fans in, took him no time for mine even with my hand tools.

even watching this video makes me remember all the times i laid in nasty shit doing this type of thing. Thankfully i only work in a shop now lol. Why the hell do you use air tools on the road? One milwaukee fuel impact and electric ratchet is worth its weight in gold 10 fold.

    Does anyone know??!!!
so the alternator wiring harness appears to have two clips a bigger one and a smaller one. In this video I saw the smaller one was not connected and he didn't reconnected at any point. Is it basically you choose one larger or one smaller depending on the alternator? I finished the job and I'm very thankful for this video. Very helpful and I really appreciate it. But at the end of the job the smaller clip or connector on the wiring harness was not connected to anything so I wanted to make sure it didn't need to go anywhere. Thank you for your help. God bless

I need to know the colors on the connection to that alternator.
Edit. The color of the "top" wire (the one closest to the motor) then the one closest to the radiator. Please and thanks, if possible. I pulled the wires from the connector.

If u remove the fans it will come out the top. Just be careful with the radiator that u don’t puncture it. Slide a piece of cardboard in front the radiator to protect it from the alternator when ur pulling it up and out

Sorry, but this is a poor effort. Rarely, if ever were we able to actually see where the bolts were that you were unscrewing. You went so fast that all the camera picked up was your sleeve most of the time and you didn't show any of the belts being removed. If it were me, I'd remove this and do another one where you actually tried. Bad job all around.
