I think we can all relate to the sentiments contained within the lyrics of this song, no matter how many people we may have around us at any one time, we are all essentially within ourselves 'alone naturally'.

@uclrichard I agree this song is very blunt... its melancholy without being overly morose and self pitying... but its very direct and the lyrics and music are in perfect contextual sync. I also agree that Lennon had the same direct approach to pain in his music.
