    Making this tonight! I have never tried a Manjula recipe I didn’t love. Perfect naan! Best hari chutney! Samosas were amazing! Manjula...I love you!
    OK just ate... these were amazing! The corn starch makes them extra crispy! Served it with butter lettuce and sliced onions. Everybody loved it and my kids said it was really filling. Soooooo good!

    Hello Manjula, I love your vegetarian recipes. I have been following you for ten years and my family loves your recipes. I make zucchini lasagna, curry, okra with yogurt, smoothie, paratha, paneer, and many more. I'll do this too. I'm always happy when you post a new recipe, I'm glad to see you.     Thank-you for suggesting other vegetables to use in your Lentil Pakoras. Some of my family are not fond of zucchini and now everyone can enjoy.

    not too much difference in besan batter and lentil batter, though you use laal lentil and not chana dal
