- We decided to lay the Ikea decking tiles on our patio for a cleaner, more. elevated look! These tiles are so easy to do, renter friendly, and come in a few different colors and patterns. Highly recommend!

Great job! How are the tiles holding up? I'm planning on getting these but worried there might be some mold issues under the tiles over time? Have you experienced any cracked tiles yet? Thank you for your video ❤️
Omg all the boxes hahaha it looks SO good!!
Hi, thank you for the video. Can you please update how it looks after 2 years usage?
they still look amazing! super happy with them
Hi! It looks awesome! I love this tile pattern, do you think it can work for a bathroom floor?
I was wondering the same thing.
What about maintenance??I mean does water accumalate under tiles when it rains??Anu mould problems u faced
my patio is sloped and has a drain in the center! haven’t had issues and it’s been years
Beautiful and the furniture too!
Ahh it looks soooo good with the furniture on it!
It's so beautiful! Thank you for the review and impressions. I just purchased the flooring second-hand, as it's no longer available new, and I'm very excited!
Could you share where you got the outdoor dining table and chairs? Gorgeous!
Looks great, I have just been looking at these but trying to find reviews first. Have they held up okay? I noticed the actual tiles seem to lift as yous are walking over them?
Some places the tiles will tilt a bit as we walk over them because our patio is not completely flat, but they stay in place and we haven’t had any issues! They’ve held up and are super easy to maintain.
@@MichelleInfusino perfect thanks for your reply. These will definitely be getting purchased on the next IKEA trip 🙌😂
Ikea hack? Everything's a hack these days
wow...looks great thanks for the video i was contemplating if i wanted to buy this...now i will:)
Hiiiii, from MEXICOOOOOO, i like your videos 😚👍
How much did the tiles c0st for 30 boxes?
Why is that broom so little?
This week I recently just moved into my new apartment with my boyfriend and husky and need help redecorating the whole place, inside and out. I will be stealing your title idea for sure love the look so much
love it ...actually looks luxury
Turned out soo good!!
the tiles seem to be shaky in some parts of the video, is that still the case? would you recommend them overall?
1000% recommend! They’ve been amazing. In certain areas the tiles rock back and forth when you walk on them because the ground underneath is slightly uneven, but they all remain in place!
How many boxes did u use for your deck ??
we bought 30 and have a couple extra tiles to spare, which is nice in case of accidents! Our deck is roughly 12 x22 ft
Where did you get your low outdoor furniture!? I love it
Linked in the description box! Let me know if I missed anything specific :)
Do you have to cut some on the edges?
yes! just a few of the plastic edges on one side, but it was super easy
It looks great well done, considering getting these was wondering if they move at all when walking on them etc have a boisterous toddler worried he will slip or trip x
Some of ours rock back and forth a tiny bit because the ground isn’t even under them, but the tiles stay in their own little square without moving no problem because of the plastic bottom pieces underneath.
Do you order the plastic separately would you send me the link
Ommmg I’ve been searching on RUclips on the IKEA decking tile!!! This looks SOOOO good!! Our deck is 16x8 ft...how many boxes did you use?
Our roof is roughly 22 x 12ft and we used 30 boxes!
I got the tiles but it did not come with plastic backing
There are two versions of the tiles listed on the ikea site! One with plastic and one without. They also sell the plastic pieces separately!
@@MichelleInfusino What about the rain water ? Does it go under the tiles and drains out as normal ? Is there a free space between the floor and the tiles ? Thanks in advance for your comment.
There are spaces between each tile and holes in the plastic underneath for it to drain any water!
Beautiful! Did you have to cut any tiles for edges or around posts? If so, were they easy to cut?
we had to cut a few of the plastic pieces that go under the tiles and it was super easy!
