I also have 3 scales. My renpho scale is in the middle of the other 2😂 The number doesn't really matter as long as you are using the same one all the time. Just pay attention to how much you go up or down on the same scale. Renpho keeps track of it for you and it links to my FitBit (which is the scale I was using before renpho. I have the measuring tape too but I don't think I am doing it right. My numbers are all over the place! 😂
@TracesofTwaunsLife Your tape measure looks better than mine. I bought the travel scale and tape measure combo but yours is a little fancier 🤣 It looks easier to manage. Mine doesn't have that bottom part you can grip. Your video did help though. When I did mine yesterday, it felt easier than all the times before.
@@tiafenner ok great! That’s good to know. One of the ladies that follow me told me about it. She has a channel as well. I pinned her comment above if you would like to check her out. @flawlesscfo
I’ve just bought the Renpho smart scales (usb rechargable - we used to gave battery powered) and have put this tape measure in too - I just nipped back to see if yours was the same grand. How do you find it? I’m interested in the skipping rope and treadmill, though don’t really have space for that. The rope can be used with it wound in, so you’re just using the handles per se, great for indoors. Having said that, there is zero chance of me being able to jump rope right now! Interestingly enough we already had this brand of massager. Have you seen the oculus headset? We use that to do Beat Sabre, it’s fun and can be done solo, with friends or with ‘strangers’ worldwide. I’m not impressed with any of the other keep fit or exercise programs on it though.
The link is in the description box for the tape measure. I think those jump ropes are interesting. I haven’t tried one. I haven’t looked into the headset. Sounds like fun. I’ll check it out. Thanks!
@@TracesofTwaunsLife the Oculus is expensive, but that particular ‘game’ is quite addictive, it’s mainly the arms, but there us some avoidance needed so you dodge side to side and duck etc. If you ever get it let me know, i’ll join you in Beat Sabre ~ you ‘see’ a character, not the actual person. There are lots of videos on YT - just put in beat sabre. I can’t actually buy via your amazon store unfortunately, as i’m in the UK.
Makes it easier. You got the fancy one 😂
Thanks so much for telling me about it. I pinned your comment because I couldn’t remember your name when I did the video.
@@TracesofTwaunsLife no worries ❤️
I've never heard of this! I may have to get one. Thanks for sharing!
You’re welcome
Cool gadget. Good way to keep track of your measurements using an app.
Yes ma’am
That app and measuring tool is neat. Twaun, you look awesome ❤❤
Thank you
@@TracesofTwaunsLife , you are very welcome
Tuning in❤❤
Thanks for sharing very helpful ❤
You’re welcome. Thanks for watching!
The app is cool. I just take measurements monthly (waist, bust, bicep, thigh, hips). It’s been interesting to see the inches lost since the beginning.
I think I’m going to do it monthly as well.
You are looking fabulous
Thank you

That’s interesting 😂😂😂 I would rather be closer to my doctors scale. The tape measure is a little tricky. It kept changing every time I moved.
