This video really made me shift my thinking towards my platforms. I have a large following on Facebook & Utube. I was frustrated since the followers don't match the amount of views for my videos I never thot of the crowd being One Person. THX

Hi there, thanks for your kind words! Absolutely, you can use social media for business while keeping your privacy intact. Here's how:
Create separate accounts for personal and business use.
Adjust privacy settings to control who sees your personal information.
Be selective with what you share on your business profile.

Hi Laurie - thanks for the great advice. Just found your content. I'm starting a new business and I have had an initial conversation with an ICA in the DMs. I know I can help her but her business also needs a lot of work. Am I supposed to get on an initial call and just give her all the information? Or give her a bit and give her details on how I work? How do you help without giving everything away (even though Alex H says to do this for as long as possible, but not in a position to...). Thanks :)
Thanks for reaching out! It's great that you're engaging with your Ideal Customer Avatar (ICA). When offering help, aim to provide valuable insights during the initial call and demonstrate what you can do to transform her situation. Focus on building rapport and highlighting how your services can address her specific needs. It's about telling her the "what" and then you can sell the "how" which is implementation and tactics. Laurie Wow I just happened to come across your YT. I simply love your relatable down to earth style of sharing these strategies for online success.
