Tony. No. Visualise your dream/goal daily. Many times throughout the day. Set a timer on ur phone for every 3 hours to reflect and visualise, say ur goal/s to yourself or listen to them played back recorded earlier by you, on ur phone. 10 minutes every 3 hours. Go get it dawg
"Embracing your future self, your more authentic self," and for me it was understanding that we all have the power to shift our own reality and change our life, that was the biggest breakthrough. 🙌
As someone who's been stuck in the same rut for years, this video was a wake-up call. It's time to break free from limiting beliefs and start making those tiny changes that lead to big transformations. Let's do this!
Limiting beliefs are truly powerful. We learn them as kids and they really shape us.Sonetimes we create and perpetuate them based on what we've been told as kids.
I want to say I retired after 30 years as insurance Account Executive, but throughout my career I was an avid person who took his health and financial as #1 I just retired at 59 and just received my spinning/cycling and personal training certification and doing instructing at the local Y's in my area. LOVE IT! the key is to set yourself up and when your can transition you will do in something you enjoy. I was told this over 25 years ago take care of two things in your life and you can do anything . #1 your health(I am 59 but look and act as if I am 39), #2 take care of your finances. A rich man is a man with $0 debt. I have a payed off house, networth of over 1million and $0 debt car debt, CC debt etc. Get out of the matrix of life!!!!
Perfect message for me, I'm 61. Had to deal with parents getting sick in 2018. I just lost my job. Unsure why it happened then. Then weeks later many challenges happened that gave me why. I had roof issues, both parents got sick. Found out Dad only had 5 years to live from bone disease. Mom needed heart operation. I became care giver. Help with appointments, medical, repairs, maintenance for 2 houses. Plus had to deal with legal and my own fatigue. They both passed very quickly Sept 2021. I'm still dealing with estate while looking for work. I'm ? Why employers are not calling me. I have also learned from the greats. I'm using mindset resources like Joe dispenza's work. I feel I'm in a waiting period. ? When will things shift. Yes, I can understand that the steps I took for years and focusing on main tasks, projects is preparing me for something big.
Thank you for sharing your story. I'm sorry that you had to deal with so much loss. I have read some of Joe Dispenza's work too, and our mindset can sometimes be stronger than we think. Stay well and wishing you all of the best 🤍
@JamesJones8552 I’m so sorry for all your losses and struggles. I read this and it resonated. I’m in a similar season and working my way out of it. I highly recommend reading Bob Proctor’s “You were born rich.” The Audible comes with a PDF handout that helps with understanding the subconscious programming we all have and working toward intentionally shifting our lives in a more prosperous fulfilling direction. Honestly, anything from Bob Proctor that resonates will help. I consume lots of self help and have for years, but something about his voice, his story, and his GENUINE desire to help others has helped me move out of the darkness. Wishing you the best! 💛
Thank you for the kind words of encouragement. I need it. I'm started the next step to my new life after focusing on parents. I just finished 7 legal tasks on 3 different areas. Had to bring up past emotional events. So, ready to say thank you to the past experiences and say hello to new ones.
Excellent video! My keystone is waking up and thanking God for a new day. Sets the tone to be calm and peaceful. Then… lace up the shoes and get moving
Absolutely! Gratitude is what got me through my late-stage 3 cancer in 2016. When in my recovery during my discovery phase, in my quest to understand what I did to myself to get so sick, I learned on YT from Dr. Joe Dispenza that there are about 1,200 chemicals in our body that are activated when in a state of gratitude to help heal and restore our body back to health. AMAZING!! That was a WOW moment for me that I'll never forget because throughout my ordeal in 2016, no matter how small, I was constantly thanking God for everything, from the pillow my head laid upon, to every family member, friend and health professional that helped me. I never once blamed God. I was eternally grateful to Him and prayed without ceasing. Gratitude and prayer are more powerful than anyone can ever imagine!
Your video reminds me of the story of the baby elephant who was chained to a small, old tree. It tried to pull and pull on the chain, but couldn't free itself. So it learned that struggle was pointless here. Eventually it grew up to a huge adult elephant, who could effortlessly uproot the small tree, but because it learned it couldn't, it never tried.
I want to reinvent myself again at 39. Life’s been such a roller coaster and I haven’t actually accomplished anything besides getting jobs, pretty much the basics.
It's never too late and never believe what other people say about age. Age is just a number, how we truly live our authentic self is what really matters. 🙌 And remember to celebrate the little wins along the way, you've done a lot to come this far.
@@ksweetist just now getting notified about this message. Good question. The things I say I’ll do. I want to pass my securities license exams which will provide more income. Get into tech, which I’ve been contemplating a while now. Have a nice garden. Sing and become a beginner violin teacher.
Do it ! I’m 69 and wish I had known to do this, maybe I knew something but I was clinging on to a job etc etc etc . I’m now without family, friends not a 1 fr physically health is weak . Looking back and wishing isn’t going to help me… live your life !
I want to come back 6months from now; i am preparing for a super important exam that would open doors in my career! Thank you for the inspiration Laurie!
You popped up in my feed; so glad you did! On a mission to change my reality in 6 months as I turn 50 then. Adding in little changes here and there; drinking less coffee, drinking more water, cutting down doom-scrolling, increasing my reading, clearing out clutter, and now starting on skills development to see where it will take me as a career option. Thank you for the book recommendations, straight in to my audible wish list. And, obviously, have subscribed straight away, and will now go and watch the video you recommended.😄
It's awesome to hear about the positive changes you're making as you approach the big 5-0! From cutting back on coffee to diving into skill development, you're rocking it! I'm glad that you found the book recommendations helpful, and I hope you enjoy the video too. Here's to your journey of growth and transformation! 😄
Data Analytics, Cyber Security and AI specialist here. You're right! I never really noticed this about myself, but have always gravitated towards high paid skills. Thanks for the affirmation.
Wow I rose out of bed this morning feeling defeated by my recent successes which nobody seems to have the time to want to talk or feedback about, not through an email nor a jolly “good morning” text. This video is a game changer for me Laurie - over the next few months I am going to walk tall in silence and let my success speak for itself. Thank you from Brisbane Australia 🙏🏽😊✍🏽💭
Insightful comment. I've found that I get much less response when I have successes, regardless of how I present the news, as opposed to sharing personal disasters. But do keep sharing your successes, if for no one else but yourself right now.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience, and I commend you for prioritizing your well-being. Starting anew at 36 is a brave and empowering step. Wishing you the best of luck in your job search and new beginnings. You've got this!
I'm not sure how this video popped up, but it's cool that it did. You described what I'm going through right now. I'm 40 years old and have been teaching myself to code over the past couple years. That gave me the ability to create some lucrative programs that autonomously trade the futures market. I have just recently started taking some certificate courses to get a deeper understanding of programming. It took quite a long time, but I finally got tired of the 9-5 as well.
It’s amazing to hear how you've transitioned into coding and developed programs for trading. Self-teaching and pursuing deeper knowledge through certificate courses is how I got started. It's never too late to make a change, and your story is a great example of that. Best of luck with your continued learning and new ventures!

Yes I think that too many tasks and too much multi-tasking just leads to low mood, there's nothing you've really achieved, just another day at the office. It is a great thing to concentrate on something and get good at it. And that's what can lift you out of the hum-drum. Then you don't check job ads you just pick the company you want to work for.
I’m only halfway through and this is everything I needed to hear. I’ve been repulsed by hustle + making $$ fast and hard like some entrepreneurial videos push. Going to watch the rest, but wanted to thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for putting this video out there.
I'm so happy to hear this video is resonating with you. The pressure to hustle and make money fast can be a lot, so I'm glad the idea of learning new skills is inspiring you. If anyone reads this.. what I find so difficult, is coming up with WHAT is most important to do? If you want to become healthy, happy and financially stable. I can't seem to find my "thing", what I want to do, so I never stick to anything cause I don't know specifically what I want to do.
Figuring out what’s most important can be tough. Try starting with small goals in each area to see what clicks for you. Experiment with different things, think about what genuinely makes you happy, and don’t be afraid to switch things up if something doesn’t feel right. It’s totally okay to take your time to find your "thing." Every step brings you closer to figuring it out. You're definitely not alone in this!
Do you like to do a lot of different things? I found out I'm a multipotentialite aka scanner. Look it up. Tony Robbins says there are only three types of people. People that create, people that organize and manage and entrepreneurs. Maybe this will help
I think about pre-existing beliefs and find that it isn’t about challenging beliefs but about thinking analytically what they mean, their origin, and which are facts that truly benefit our lives because they are truths. It isn’t about challenging for the sake of it, because we feel uncomfortable or because the masses adopt new unfounded ideologies, dropping older beliefs. It is about learning to unlearn bad habits that come from false beliefs, false teachings, and false ideologies. First time here and following! Thanks for the tips!
Thanks for sharing your insights! You've highlighted the importance of critical thinking and self-reflection. It's about understanding where our beliefs come from and letting go of those that no longer serve us. Glad to have you here and looking forward to more discussions! 🙌❤️
Perfect! For me, i just started as an intern at a job. At the same time, on another channel, i could practice content and digital marketing which i need for my personal ventures. What i learn in my own could apply at my job and i could see where that takes me. Plus going to the gym; eating better; sleeping better. That’s what i need. I love the deep work thing. It’s like a cheat code.
That sounds like a fantastic plan! Balancing your internship with personal ventures and applying what you learn in both areas is a great strategy. Plus, taking care of your health by going to the gym, eating well, and sleeping better will definitely boost your productivity and well-being. The concept of deep work is indeed like a cheat code-it helps you focus intensely and achieve more in less time. Keep up the great work, and thank you for sharing your journey!
So true this video. I did the 9-5 many years because I came from a middle class family so I just assumed as a young man , this is my fate not giving it a second thought. Don’t follow the herd when you are young. Do a job you really enjoy . Once I retired I started listening to educational you tube videos and positive psychological short videos as well. The combo made me think differently and it worked. Ive always had an interest in investing since my mid 20’s I must add. After I retired I decided to do something to earn money for fun. It turned out to become a fun part time job”work” maybe 8 hours a week that I’m making more then my last year of 40 hour a week plus from the job I retired from. But in my case the 40 hour job and my dedication to invest every year helped to do my new hobby/job/fun. Love making money with a click of a button. God bless.
Thank you! So many gems in this video. I really appreciated your calm and focused delivery -- it made the important points, like "keystone habits" easier to assimilate.
Thank you so much! I'm glad to hear you found the video valuable, and that keystone habits resonated with you. If you have any questions or thoughts to share, please let me know 🙌
Keystone Habit. BRILLIANT!! Never heard of it before but I'm certainly looking into it to enjoy that journey. Thank you for sharing. GREAT video. Much love to you from Texas.
Thank you! I'm so glad you found the keystone habit concept helpful. It's a game-changer! Enjoy exploring it on your journey. Much love back to you 🙌❤️
Great video! I've read a few of the books mentioned, so I know what I need to do but get stuck in that vicious cycle. I'm fairly active, sleep well and have a good income, so I feel privileged for that, but I want to do more for myself. For years, I've dreamt that people could buy a brand that I created, watch my RUclips videos and I can work for myself, but I've not done the work to create something that I own. I know my downfall is distractions, whether that's doom scrolling or thinking that a different business or skill will get me further. This video was a positive reminder, and I feel more motivated to spend the rest of this year wisely.
Thank you for your kind words! We all get stuck in those cycles sometimes, but recognizing your distractions is key. Keep taking small steps towards your goals. Rooting for you in your journey ahead!
Can you do more videos about how to build disciplined routine into our life especially for people who have ADHD? I would love a video on this topic. Thank you for the video.❤ Also I appreciate you don’t add music on the background 🙏
I'm glad you enjoyed the video and appreciated the lack of background music. I'll definitely consider creating more content on building disciplined routines. It's an important topic, and I'm happy to dive deeper into it. Stay tuned for future videos, and thank you for the suggestion! ❤🙏
I have been trying to add in having a few hangout sessions with friends per week as the hustle continues. Exercise, walking the dogs and meditation is my calming routine
I took my ability to focus as an individual for granted. As a mother, this is a massive hurdle I will overcome in time. Nevertheless, this post was informative and inspiring! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Balancing focus as a mother is a significant challenge and I definitely felt that once I had my daughter 4 years ago. You can do this and I can't wait to hear how you get on lovely! ❤️
Mindfulness inspired me to create my own channel - to gently remind people to stay in the present. I started deeply looking into meditation as someone who struggles with a constantly wandering mind since early university days. Some days are easy but most days are incredibly hard to be present constantly, especially as a student. Meditation has genuinely helped me become a better person and more importantly actively try to be a mindful person. Days are not easy but its the littles steps consistently that count!
It's inspiring to hear how mindfulness and meditation have made such a positive impact on your life. Your channel sounds like a wonderful way to help others stay present and find peace. Those little steps truly do add up. Keep up the great work and best of luck with your channel! 🌟
Thank you so much for this insightful video , one thing amazes me are the books you read ❤ inspired to make a change as I watched this on May 3, 2024 🎉❤ Who else? 👍
Thank you lovely! Readers are winners in my opinion, there are so much knowledge in books that we can all benefit from. Lots of good vibes back to you.
Really glad I found this video, got fired yesterday and I have two kids and things are just so high now I just feel lost and I started posting on RUclips and just sad I get no views barely 😰
I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. Losing a job is incredibly tough, especially with two kids to support as I can understand being a parent myself. It's great that you're taking proactive steps by starting a RUclips channel. Building an audience takes time, so don’t be discouraged by slow progress. Stay strong, and know that you’re not alone in this. Wishing you all the best.
Nice! One thing that is part of identity and personality is "hard worker". Its hard to slow down and take days off when that is so ingrained into your self.
Yes, it's something I'm constantly mindful of and to build more rests and breaks into my schedule. My daughter helped me so much on this as with children you get to be present and go into their world of play.
I am a 30 year old, who comes from a fairly successful family. 10 year ago, I moved from Suriname to the Netherlands, initially to pursue my studies. After that I found a well paying job as a low-code application developer (started off as a trainee, as I had a business background). I have done projects for really big organisations, which I am really proud of. However, A few months ago, I realised I was burned out and it really made me reflect on life and what I want. I’m not completely there yet, but I must admit that this is feeling like an amazing journey where I have found answers to questions that I never knew had that much impact on me as a human being. Thanks for this video, as I think that this really aligns with what I am looking for at the moment: Redesigning my life
Thank you for sharing your story. It sounds like you've had an impressive journey and have achieved a lot. Burnout can be a tough but valuable turning point, and it's great to hear you're finding clarity and direction. What are some of the key insights or changes you've discovered so far in your journey of reflection and redesigning your life?
Thank you for you reply, Laurie. I have accepted that sometimes it is fine to slow down and rest. You could compare our bodies to tires, if you keep on hitting the gas pedal, eventually your tire lose profile (grip). Furthermore, I came to the conclusion that even though I have been growing quickly over the years, I am always on high alert -always wanting to please people, prove that I am good enough. The conclusion is that although I seem confident, deep down I have a really low self worth. This actually stems from my youth. Always seeking that validation from my father who was a successful businessman, wanting to be like him. Lessons so far: 1. You are good enough as you are. Don’t go chasing after other’s their dreams. Find your own purpose (meditation really helps you in finding ‘yourself’) 2. Question, really question when you are feeling some type of way. Dig deep and you’ll gain clarity. Only when you know the underlying reason, will you be able to take real action. 3. Listen to your body, life is more than work. Learn to accept that it is fine to slow down sometimes
All these advices (that everyone regurgitates) is great for single people. I wanna see something for how to deal with having a spouse and child where you can't get 3 hours of deep work in a day.
Balancing deep work with a spouse and child can be challenging, but it's possible with the right approach. I had my child during lockdown and it was probably one of the most challenging period of our life (my husband is also an entrepreneur and was writing his book then), we are now parents of an energetic toddler and constantly juggle childcare and running our businesses. Here are some of the things that we did as parents that helped us: Creating a flexible schedule around our kid (I get those deep work period when school is open). Prioritizing tasks (this actually made me more focused). Embracing short bursts of productivity (when you are able to have it!). Communicating openly with each other. Be kind to ourselves and recognize that we are all running a different race and we need to recognize that we are in different season of lives (I'm not going to compare my productivity to that of entrepreneurs who are not parents). Thank you for sharing your perspective and hope these help on your journey!
@@lauriexwang thanks for your prompt and candid reply. Nice to know you’re also married and a parent. We just had our first child in December, so she’s only 4 months old now. Honestly, I think I was getting more done in the late hours of month 2 while I was watching her each night, but even though she sleeps through the night now, I can’t manage those late night deep work sessions anymore since I’m back to my day job and traveling for work again. My wife also suffers from bad PPD, so I’m left to carry much of the duties around the house, plus care for her, the baby, and dogs, on top of my job (the only income) and building my business. I’m motivated but there’s no logic or reasoning I can apply to break through to her (e.g. I spend a bit more time now to gain a lot more time back for family in the future, not to mention financial freedom). I just feel stuck between a rock and a hard place. I have a daily accountability coach reminding to focus on one goal, it just seems that there’s always something that comes up at home stifling my progress. I’ve never been one to quit, but I’m really considering a long pause on everything. I just don’t want to let anyone, including myself, down. Anyway, thanks for listening and for the advice. 👍 I can’t wait for our baby girl to be able to do more herself. I know each stage has its challenges, but 24/7 monitoring and care is draining without family, friends, or hired help.
@@andrewbonica it isn't easy for sure and why we must adapt our definition of a productive week as we move through each season of our life. Doing your best on a given day is different for each of us - some will be single with no obligations, some will have a family to care for, some will be going through a messy divorce and some will be going through a grieving process, having lost a loved one.
Thank you for posting this. I feel like I have a higher calling to help people and I want to be get better with my own process so I can achieve more and put out more to the world.
Thanks for sharing! It's awesome to hear about your passion for making a difference and leveling up your own game. Investing in yourself not only benefits you but also empowers you to do more for others. That's what I felt in what I can do for my own growth but also for those of my colleagues and clients. Keep rocking that higher calling, and I look forward to offering more of my own learnings along the way. 🌟
Really insightful video on overcoming self-doubt and making incremental changes for massive growth! 🦋 Emphasizing high-income skills over just high-income jobs is a game-changer for sustainable success.
You've done a lot of great videos Laurie - and I think this is you best so far. Deep Work is so important and the micro moments you talk about are key.
I'm a new subscriber, and I've been binge-watching your videos one after another. I absolutely love the valuable information you share-it makes me feel almost guilty, like I owe you something in return for this free knowledge! 😢😅😊
Thank you for sharing, Laurie! I find myself easily distracted by small tasks and tend to spend more time planning than actually taking action. It's very true that having an accountability partner helps tremendously, as does listening to productive and positive podcasts and journaling.
It's not easy to fight these distractions and I totally know what you mean. I'm working on this every day, but it's the awareness of this that really help me, to catch myself in those moments when I really should be deep working and getting things done.
Your advice is inspirational - particularly regarding gaining new high income skills like digital marketing, coding, AI, etc. However, as someone from the industry I'd appreciate if you publish my note when I'd clarify especially for the younger audiences - learning from courses on tech skills alone won't be by far sufficient to launch a successful business, unless you have other leavers such as strong brand awareness you've worked years to build on. It all comes with experience. I'd recommend not only learning new skills but also getting into the industry by gaining an apprenticeship, attend events with successful e-commerce founders, network with those who've become who you want to be in years time. It's a roadmap, not an overnight shift to a new reality. Wishing all the very best in their journeys x
Thank you so much for sharing this thoughtful insight! I completely agree-while learning high-income skills like digital marketing, coding, or AI is a great start, there’s so much more to building a successful business. As you said, gaining real-world experience, networking, and gradually building a strong foundation are key elements that can't be overlooked. Your point about it being a journey and not an overnight shift is so important for people to hear 🙌
Not yet! Thanks for the encouragement on the book side, I've been thinking about writing one in the near future, so will definitely keep you posted 🙌❤️
I'm a 56 and 3/4 Year young man, and I'm literally starting all over again. And that's fine but this time around I would really like to make something stick so when I leave this planet, I can leave something behind for my two adult children. My new channel I just started WORK HARD PLAY HARD is my new project to take me in that direction. Fingers crossed wish me luck! ✌️💜👊
I don‘t have a high income skill. Learning is hard for me and I always don’t know how to get the stuff in my head or work faster or being more efficient. I need hours to get stuff done. But great video anyway. Hope it’s useful for many people.
It's completely normal to find learning challenging and to feel like things take longer than you'd like. Everyone has their own pace and ways of processing information. Remember, persistence is key, and it's okay to take small steps. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small. This channel is all about guidance and tips on productivity and self improvement, I'm here to help in future videos. Keep going, and thank you for watching the video. 🙌
Love the new idea of focusing on high income v high income job. I feel high income skills apart from what you shared (digital marketing, data analytics, AI etc ) are also communication, confidence, discipline, productivity, time management, following good habits, etc. Thanks for sharing, very knowledgeable content
Thank you for adding that and you are right, the soft skills are just as profitable in the long term, like the ones you mentioned and knowing selling skills, whether that selling ourselves or selling to others 🙌
THIS!!!!!!! I did not find your channel by accident. How did a 13 minute video just hit me like a freight train in reality the that I needed? Thank you
Finding like-minded people can be tough, but it's awesome that you've distanced yourself from those who aren't aligned with your values. Try joining online communities or local meetups related to your interests. Keep putting yourself out there-you’re on the right path! 💪
Thanks for the video! I wasn't aware of Keystone habits but have experienced that kind of result mostly with exercise and eating habits. I'm also a very big TR fan and have gone to many seminars which definitely changed my life. I'll be looking for your videos in the future.
Thanks John, I'm glad I found my tribe here on RUclips with a lot of my viewers who resonated with what I shared here. Thanks for being part of the community and I hope to share more of what I'm learning along the way with you. 🙌
Awesome, thank you! 😀 I'm glad that the message resonated in its own way, I personally benefitted a lot over the years from self-development and looking forward to sharing more with you.
Not pre-existing beliefs but a chronic illness that gets in the way of everything, plus being a carer for my disabled son. I'm doing a course in Accounting. It's not what I want but it's something. Because if I didn't do *something* I'd not want to be on this planet any more
Thank you for sharing your story. It sounds like you’re carrying an incredible load, both with your own health and caring for your son. It’s so inspiring that despite these challenges, you’re still pushing forward with your course in Accounting. It may not be exactly what you want right now, but it’s a step, and sometimes just taking a step is enough to keep moving. Please take care of yourself, and know that you’re making a difference, even when it feels hard. You matter.

Sounds like a great habit to have daily! 🙌
Great wrap up video to change your state of life. Thank you.
And 0 time working toward your dream. I mean doing something useful. Am I wrong?!
Those 30 (38 for me) minute walks are a game changer, especially if it's done in nature.

Limiting beliefs are truly powerful. We learn them as kids and they really shape us.Sonetimes we create and perpetuate them based on what we've been told as kids.
How’s it going?
Thanks for sharing your beautiful story! Love this and keep going 🙌
My best line:I am so much more than I can achieve.
And don’t ever let anyone tell you that you can’t 🙌😀
I love your spirit. To inspire strangers globally is the ultimate human attainment.
Thank you! I look forward to inspiring many more 🙏
Perfect message for me, I'm 61.
Best wishes to you. I like Dr. Dispenzas work.
So, ready to say thank you to the past experiences and say hello to new ones.
try NLP , or RTT , these get to the root issues fast , common sense , help with reprogramming is needed more now with the world we live in
Excellent video! My keystone is waking up and thanking God for a new day. Sets the tone to be calm and peaceful. Then… lace up the shoes and get moving
Wonderful! That sounds great 🙌😀
But what is it that you DO when you lace up?Fluffy pretty thoughts don't mean answers.
Thank you for sharing that story. It perfectly illustrates how our early limitations can shape our beliefs about what's possible.
@@lauriexwang Thank you!
What other things that you need to accomplish to feel accomplished in this lifetime?
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm thrilled to hear that my content has inspired you. Wishing you all the best on your exam - you’ve got this!
Thanks for sharing! Great to hear 🙌
Could you please share how you learned these skills and how long it took you? Thank you!
Thank you for sharing your experience and story. I'm truly glad the video resonated with you. 🙌😀 You've got this!
Love this! You got this!
Insightful comment. I've found that I get much less response when I have successes, regardless of how I present the news, as opposed to sharing personal disasters. But do keep sharing your successes, if for no one else but yourself right now.
Just started my own business of 1 journey because I burned out from my time in tech. Will continue to support you ❤
I’ve been there and thank you so much for your support too. We are all here for each other. Well done on your channel too ❤️🙌
I left my job last month due to mental harassment. Now I am looking for a job. Starting my life at the age of 36
I'm sorry to hear about your experience, and I commend you for prioritizing your well-being. Starting anew at 36 is a brave and empowering step. Wishing you the best of luck in your job search and new beginnings. You've got this!
Even this video is a testament of your own personal work. Precise and straightforward to the point with ALL relevant information. Thank you 🙏
Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m really glad the video resonated with you and that the information was helpful. 🙏

You enlightened me by saying, learn another skill … why hasn’t this thought come to me until now … change with the times. Going to watch the rest, but wanted to thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for putting this video out there.
I'm so happy to hear this video is resonating with you. The pressure to hustle and make money fast can be a lot, so I'm glad the idea of learning new skills is inspiring you. If getting 1% better every day for one year then that's 365*1% = 37% better in one year! Yaay!!!
Isn't that incredible? Simple steps every day 🙌
This was really powerful. It's something everyone should hear before speaking publicly. It really helps. 🥰

Wow, thank you! Appreciate the great feedback, and I'm grateful that this video helped you. 🙌😀
Yes, I need concrete advice, not headspace tips. How does something like this help anybody? smh
1 habit I would benefit from in several areas is working out for sure!
You can do it lovely! 🙌🙌❤️

God bless.
Thank you for sharing your story! It's amazing how you've found a way to turn your interests into a rewarding and enjoyable living 🙌
5:18 "Never believe you're going to be pigeonholing yourself into a specific industry." Wow that is so true, great job thank you
I feel so stuck in life :( and I’ve been trying to change for 15 years and nothing works. Thank you for the video.
I'm sorry you're feeling stuck. Change can take time, and it's okay to ask for help. Keep pushing forward, and you're not alone ❤️
OMG! Laurie is speaking directly to me.
Glad you resonated with this and hope this video helps on your journey! 🙌
Atomic Habits is a book that helps
I have been trying to add in having a few hangout sessions with friends per week as the hustle continues.
Exercise, walking the dogs and meditation is my calming routine
Love these, I can't live without daily movement or exercise. These micro moments and habits all adds up. 🙌❤️

Lessons so far:
1. You are good enough as you are. Don’t go chasing after other’s their dreams. Find your own purpose (meditation really helps you in finding ‘yourself’)
Here are some of the things that we did as parents that helped us:
Creating a flexible schedule around our kid (I get those deep work period when school is open).

@@lauriexwang yes it did thank you so much for your text. You have amazing content.

@@lauriexwang So cool, also please know that with AmazonKDP made it so easy to self-publish, they even print it and ship it for you. All the best xo

You've got this! ❤️❤️
It’s never too late and I’m rooting for you Bob! 🙌🙌
Yes! This was great. Even at 48, this is helpful and to share with my daughter
Thanks for sharing! And I'm glad that both you and your daughter can benefit from this video. ❤️
So inspiring. I came across this video yesterday, and it came exactly at the right time in my life. I really appreciate it.
I'm so glad our paths crossed here on RUclips and thank you for sharing this with me, it means a lot. ❤️ you can do this.
Needed this so bad thank you❤
Glad that it came to you at the right time! ❤️
Amazing video thank you so much for sharing ❤❤❤

You are so welcome! I'm glad our paths crossed online and I get the chance to share this with you. 🙌❤️
Hello, Laurie! Every single word you said is true. Thank you. 💛
Thank you and I'm glad you resonated and found this video useful 💛
Thank you
And I'm glad our path crossed 🙌😀 You're so welcome and happy to hear that this is just what you needed.
Thanks for your journal prompts Laurie 🏆
You're very welcome! Let me know how you get on. It helped me so much in my personal growth journey. 🙌
The hardest part (at least for me) is to find likeminded people in my area, or even online.
But I did get away from the ones who are not likeminded.
Thank you Laurie❤
Changing my mind state in this way is truly changing my life. I feel like i can accomplish anything. 😊
Yes you can! 💪 You've got this and no one else can tell you you can't.
It all starts with the mind man “thoughts” goes deeper
@@Sunwu-h9m This is so true!

Thank you for this video~I like the idea of having a keystone habit and the book recommendations.
You're so welcome! Keystone habit and also reading regularly has changed everything for me. 🙌
Discovered ur channel randomly and absolutely loved this video.

You matter.
The fact that nobody talks about the forbidden book The Mystic Labyrinth on Vexoner speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance
This was good content thanks girl!
Glad it was helpful! You've very welcome ❤️
