@@lauriexwang I’ve been trying out walking before breakfast because I wanted to see if I could have a healthy breakfast after that without sweet cravings, and so far it works and saves me time because I don’t get distracted and doom scroll instead of working after breakfast because I feel more energized. I want to try walking at noon again to improve my afternoon productivity. That will save me a lot of time because I’ll be more focused. Have a great day 🌷
@@polyglotmona I love walking, it's so simple and yet so effective. I sometimes even go for walking meetings instead of sitting in a room, the fresh air and steps help to make the meeting more productive. Thanks for sharing this 🙌
@@Louis76-z3i I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through so much pain and frustration. Please take care of yourself. It must be incredibly difficult dealing with an illness that doesn’t make sense and feeling the weight of it every day.

The last one is the best 👌 I would also include family time here. Since I’ve started going eat a huge salad and then to the thermal bath each Sunday at 14:30 with my son, I feel so much better! And recently, I discovered I can focus better when I set a timer when I will stop to take a break and walk. Have a great week!
Family time is so precious, and it sounds like your Sunday routine with your son is a wonderful way to connect and recharge. Eating well and taking time for relaxation can make such a difference. Wishing you a great rest of the week ahead! ❤️
Hi Laurie I’m really loving your videos and I can tell you are sincere in helping us motivate ourselves to reinvent ourselves and stay motivated . I want to learn digital marketing and not sure which online school to start and what course order. I would be an absolute beginner no marketing experience at all Thank you ❤❤
Thank you for your kind words! I'm so happy my videos are helping you. For digital marketing, I recommend checking out this video here, ruclips.net/video/WUniTVTi_Jk/видео.html and I’d recommend beginning with an overview or fundamentals course on digital marketing to get a broad understanding of the field. From there, you can dive deeper into specific areas that interest you the most. Let me know how you get on and looking forward to sharing more with you on this channel.
It sounds like you have so much on your plate, and I really admire how you're managing work, a PhD, and raising four children-that's no easy task. I can relate being a parent, one thing that might help is setting small, realistic goals for each day and being kind to yourself when things don’t go as planned. Prioritizing tasks (as I mentioned in the video) and letting go of less important ones can lighten the load. You simply can't do everything at the same time. Self-care is crucial too, even if it’s just 10 minutes a day to breathe, stretch, or do something you enjoy. You’re doing an amazing job, and finding small ways to recharge can make a big difference in how you feel. Take it one step at a time ❤️

The automation habit is really useful. Made me think about what other things in my life that I can automate so I can save some more time. Thanks!
I know! It's helped to free up a lot of time and mental space for me daily. Glad you enjoyed the video 🙌
Notion has really become a game changer for my productivity. I love the way I can organize my tasks there.

Thanks! That’s good to know. I guess the videos resonated 😀🙌
Really helpful content but I was actually looking for some one minute life hacks , but not everything you described are really one minute habits 😢
Laura how many languages do you speak as your chilled grounded nature and style of communication is uniquely fresh.
Thank you! I speak just two languages, Mandarin and English (mix of British and American accents thanks to the many years in London!) 😊
Thank you a lot for simple but effective habits. For me, one of the best is flying mode and time blocking
That's great Dina! I can't wait to hear about how these will help you in your day to day, becoming intentionally productive 🙌
Work during power hours is such a great way to use your energy on when it matters ⚡

You work out right after lunch?
I usually eat a light lunch and the gym takes awhile to walk to, so it works out 😀
