Finally! This is the first time I’ve seen someone break the term “system” down. I have read so many books and watched so many videos and none of them touched on this!! Thank you!
This is absolutely AMAZING! I'm at a loss for words. I wish I could say more, but I’m genuinely in awe. Watching this video filled me with hope, it brought a sense of peace and clarity to the dreams that felt impossible just 15 minutes ago. If you're reading this, don't give up. As long as you're alive, there's still time to make it happen.
Where have you been all my life. I am 58 years old and this would have made managing the workload so much easier and given me much more free time. This system could be a game changer.
Curious as to whether you used something like Franklin Planner in your career? (Companies were training everyone on it in the 90s.) If so, do you have any thoughts on the system you used vs this one?
@@aliannarodriguez1581 It tried to use it but I love the electronic systems. Anything i can put on auto is great. I remember rushing out the door without the planner and being lost all day. Now with knowledge systems like onenote or joplin i can keep a searchable db of meetings and what went on. Get so much more done. However I am always looking for more efficient organization models.
I appreciate how captivating her delivery is. Her body language, her hand movements, her emphasis when she speaks makes the value she is speaking that much more absorbable. Great work

Dear @AlexisKingsley, I would want to thank you so much for the work you did here. I am in the middle of watching your entire playlist about planning and I am learning with you how to chunk backwards from my life dreams to daily actions. I can't say I am new to systematic approaches. On the contrary - I am very into time management, energy management and all those techniques that changed throughout time. I rarely leave comments (unfortunately, because I know that's good for content creators), but I could not skip this gratitude step and leave one below this video. Having New Year approaching I needed to get to order from chaos that I had emerged in my life due to traumatic events that happened to me in 2023. I have to get myself out of dark places and get back to order and my dreams. Thanks to you and your clear and concise, very specific and informative videos (lectures), I was able to emotionally get back to order and internal harmony that are necessary for me to move on. Thousand times thank you and I wish you all the best in your future grow and all your endeavors. 💜🌿

Thank you so much for this video. I’m a mom with ADHD and have been having a hard time figuring out a system that makes sense and is simple enough to follow and keep. I love how since this is a system you can always come back and change the goals but the system still works. I also love that it connects the everyday tasks to life goals. I’m great at visualization but have a hard time working the steps to get there. This was an awesome breakdown!
Another one with ADHD 😁 her explanation make senses to our brain. All those goal setting and planning left me drained and tired, feeling worthless. This make sense and it give to my brain the out look i am needing to go forward with my day
After years of trying to get my life together. I realized what i was doing wrong and why i wasnt able to keep up -- It was because i was doing it backwards. I would start by planning my habits instead of thinking about my dreams first. I set myself to fail when I first started doing the habits just because i thought it will give me results but it was all in vain because i was mindlessly doing something and just waiting for something to happen by doing the habits. Thank you for this! I really understood what you were trying to say and I hope we all get to where we all want to go.
Remarkably well defined and communicated. A lesson like this (and a coach like Alexis) would've been Transformative for me in high school; it has the power to transform the trajectory of one's life, and help them avoid wandering aimlessly through the years. Learning 'Systems thinking' and goal-setting is sadly missing from our education system. But with a video/lesson like this available to Anyone, it's never too late 👍

This is great ... However ... In ten years, I will be 86 years old! I really need to adjust the timeline. 🙃 Yes, you present really well. Thanks for this video.
I think its great that you started off with 10 year dreams. I tend to make unrealistic goals and give myself only a few months to achieve them, making myself feel really rushed and find it hard to find direction because there's so many things to work on in just a few months. I end up going nowhere. Setting a longer time frame gives greater perspective more doable task breakdowns!
I was so invested in writing things down in my notebook that I was truly surprised when the video ended! lol I absolutely love the idea of scaling down the big picture dream/goal and makiing it a priority. Obviously creating habits to build routines to help you achieve goals isn't a new concept, but I can't recall too many processes where we start from the top and work our way down to the day-to-day, seemingly miniscule steps that will eventually help us get to where we want to be. You've got yourself a new subscriber, Alexis! Thank you for a great video.
Thank you! This video made so much sense. I feel I’m starting 2024 from a strong place, with action steps in mind. I’m a practical person so seeing a system which actually makes sense and guides you step by step really feels RIGHT for me. You got yourself a new subscriber.
Thank you for changing the way I think about everything Alexis. You broke down the entire life into chunks. The life is made up of tiny little stories. The stories were made up of dreams. The dreams can be made into a reality by achieving goals. And now you gave me a system to achieve my dreams which you inspired me to write my life story by editing the default path. You inspired me a lot with this video Alexis. Cheers!

I am so happy I’ve randomly remembered today that I watched your video about planning last year. I didn’t implement the system, but at least I had had some goal ideas, so the year was quite good although I wasn’t consciously following any system. I want to make a conscious effort this year. I am only a bit anxious about the fact that I will need to deconstruct a lot. Because there are several goal areas. I just hope I can manage the volume and will not overwhelm myself.
Several goal areas? Tackle them 1 or 2 at a time & when those are starting to flow add another, & another. Cannot change everything at once, life is a process.

Thank you soo much for those emotion words. I wrote my words down before starting to plan and I just feel soo good! It gives me a greater sense of direction when planning for the future, knowing that these are the feelings I intend to invoke in my life!
Alexis!! Thank you so much for the these wonderful gems!! I started working on answering the 10 years best version questions and it's very eye opening! Will be working on the Dream Management System this weekend! My next quarter is gonna be so great!! We got this guys!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾
They tried to use smart goal for client's at work and it never worked. Yet employees got in trouble when no progress was made with the client's This explains why it never worked. They had no system in place and it really was not the right tool to use with what the clientele they served. Very awesome video.
When you say it’s a lot, I first think how much would it be for a 15-min clip. TBH, it’s definitely a lot! 😂 I spent almost an hour to summarize your contents in Notion. I truly appreciate your effort. This 15-min clip worth every bit of seconds. I couldn’t imagine how much effort you put to build this video, quality of contents, decent filming and editing, etc. You raised my bar for consuming contents. Thank you so much!
Thank you for breaking this down into steps! I can appreciate all the content on law of attraction - but it is not enough to just wish it into reality. From my perspective it only helps us develop what we truly want and then makes the opportunities to develop more clear. Love this and love the resources you mentioned!
Alexis you are a teacher fr. Girl I sooo appreciate you and your content. I feel my mindset shifting. This is my 3rd time watching this video is three days BTW.
Thank you very much for your system. I have been trying too many systems already, but I loved your approach since it is practical and yet it still integrates the vital elements and reinforces both daily gratitude and stating your dreams as achieved which is crucial for manifesting. This allows to combine both faith(mindwork) and action together. Thank you. Best wishes
What if you don't have any goals or dreams? That's the part I struggle most with. I can set goals and achieve things, but it's been ages since I've really wanted anything.
I thought that too. Then I went for a walk on the beach and asked the Lord, what are my dreams? What do I really want? He began to drop things into my mind and I realized I really do have dreams, I just never formulated them into words before.
Perhaps you’re expecting that your new goals or dreams should look similar to ones in your past. And that’s not necessarily the case. Also, have you considered setting external goals that affect the communities you’re a part of instead of internal goals that benefit your own situation? sometimes as we mature, we no longer feel the need to pursue personal goals that benefit mostly ourselves, and we are better positioned to serve our community. You’re on right the right path for asking.

I really like this video and thanks Alexis for sharing the system in a simple way that I could follow and believe is actionable rather than a rocket science. For me specifically, I have plans but when time goes by I usually lose the focus and didn't know why I started this, then I would end up going nowhere. Your explanation just helped me realize how important it is to relate daily actions with bigger goals. In this way, I can always find a Northstar in the journey.
Thanks Alexis. Great share yeah the pareto principle works for me and the daily soaking technique helps as well where I take daily moments to engage my feelings to the outcome generated which is getting me closer to the ultimate dream in clouds.
Thank you so much, it was a pleasure to listen. I feel stuck after watching the video. My problem is, I have no big life dreams I absolutely want to achieve. Beside of being comfortable in my life and stay with my hubby until the end. There are some lifestyles/outgoings, which I like, but they are quite different and I do not prefer one (living at the coast or living rural, big family vs. cat mum). There are some smaller goals I would like to meet, but these are mainly getting better at hobbies (drawing, sewing) - not becoming a professional artist. 🤯
This is an awesome video! I love the way you explain how to set systems instead of goals. It makes so much sense, and I can't wait to try it out! I think this approach could really help me stay motivated and on track with my goals. Thanks for the great video!
Alexis, this is a great way to lau out a plan!! I think 🤔 that if you do an example of a common goal or dream and do a think aloud model would be a great addition to your playlist! Like losing weight, cleaning/organizing your home, getting a promotion, etc.
This is the first thing I’ve ever bought immediately when I finished the video. Amazing. What is your background? How did you learn all this? (Like, school or self-taught?) How did you synthesize this? Amazing.
This is an excellent series on planning. One suggestion. At the end of each video, the next video that is shown on the end screen is the last one in the series which is Daily Planning Routine. I suggest you change the video to the next video in the series so that the viewer can seamlessly go to the next video in the series without having to navigate your channel or playlist to go there. In fact, the video there will just auto-play allowing the viewer to binge-watch all the videos.
Yes, tell them this is also an example of plagiarism, or at the very least not crediting work. The concept comes from Scott Adams, the creator of the Dilbert comic strip. Time truly keeps us grounded in reality when pursuing our goals
Loved that idea there !
Cannot change everything at once, life is a process.
woah this is such an underrated video!! you broke this down perfectly and understandably.
Wow, thank you!

You have to watch until the end! It felt so powerful! Thank you so much ❤ what guides do you call in? Are they the same every time?
Subscribed within the first two minutes. Extremely coherent, eloquent and intelligently presented - really stands out from the volume of content on here covering this topic. Great video.
A has been taught as attainable for me… as in is this goal reachable and how/why, what extra roadblocks might happen and how will i overcome them, when something happens, how can i adjust my goal to still reach it in time
Love the idea of the planner as the "dream management system".
Thank you soo much for those emotion words. I wrote my words down before starting to plan and I just feel soo good! It gives me a greater sense of direction when planning for the future, knowing that these are the feelings I intend to invoke in my life!
This is literally perfection how you broke this down! Thank you so much for this
Oh, and I Love that you're bringing the emotions, feelings and senses into the system!
Yet employees got in trouble when no progress was made with the client's
This explains why it never worked.
This is probably one of the best breakdowns I’ve come across
TIME IS REALITY. Thank you.
Thank you. Best wishes
i keep revisiting this gem, i cant believe that this information is free… we all love you alexis
What if you don't have any goals or dreams? That's the part I struggle most with. I can set goals and achieve things, but it's been ages since I've really wanted anything.
You could try doing literally nothing and see what comes to mind. And/or think about what you used to want and see if that sparks a current want.
Lucky man you are 😀
I thought that too.
You can start w following your curiosity, and pay attention to what parts of an activity you are doing or observing light you up or most moves you

Oh my God. THIS is incredible.
Thank you, theres some unique concepts here worth understanding e.g chunking backward not forward.
I love this video! Very helpful. Setting goals is one thing but figuring out how to accomplish them and stay focused on them is the key!! 🙏🏽
this is a paradigm shift for me... thank you, thank you, thank you! 😍
You are right. Goals are very powerful. Systems are great. Thanks for this video.
"Dream Management System" - love it!
Thanks Alexis. Great share yeah the pareto principle works for me and the daily soaking technique helps as well where I take daily moments to engage my feelings to the outcome generated which is getting me closer to the ultimate dream in clouds.
So much love and respect on sharing this imp things ❤
This was excellent; a very compelling approach to building up a great life.
Alexis, this is a great way to lau out a plan!! I think 🤔 that if you do an example of a common goal or dream and do a think aloud model would be a great addition to your playlist! Like losing weight, cleaning/organizing your home, getting a promotion, etc.
Add the power of belief and become unstoppable ❤
This is my girl y’all she really does this 🔥
This is a pretty realistic system instead of painting all day long for fancy nothing daily routine. Really inspired me a lot, thank you for sharing.
I really hope this video changes my life
Amazing video. I'm just now learning how to be mindful about the future and setting goals and this is very helpful

Absolutely fantastic talk.

You put together many important things about goals, systems and habits.👍

Thank you so much for making this video! It's been really eye opening! 🤓
I think you just saved my life…❤
This is the first thing I’ve ever bought immediately when I finished the video. Amazing. What is your background? How did you learn all this? (Like, school or self-taught?) How did you synthesize this? Amazing.
Thanks for sharing this with us!
Also, nice Telecaster behind you too!
What a great informative video. I can tell you put in a lot of work into this. Bravo!
Awesome video! Greetings from Brazil!
Impressive, educating us in two languages at once, verbal AND sign language!
All jokes aside, great video. Enjoyed it.
Just ordered your planner. Really excited to adapt this system. Can you make an iOS, Mac and android app for this planner?
Great insight! My fave was time is reality! If you don’t attach your actions to time then you just have dreams!
Powerful empowering Video! Thanks for sharing!
Great video! Going to recommend it to all my students :)
Yes, tell them this is also an example of plagiarism, or at the very least not crediting work. The concept comes from Scott Adams, the creator of the Dilbert comic strip. Then James clear also used it in his book "Atomic Habits". Good for the presenter trying to explain it, but do the basic respectable thing of citing the original works, unless you are a sca...
I am one of your students :)
This is great applicable information - thank you for sharing this 🙌🏾🔥
