Bomb pots are really scary to play. The hand last week was particularly annoying. Where I flopped the nut straight on one board with 2 pair to with it and nothing on the other board, but the other guy with the nut straight overplayed it when I was try to pot control, which was annoying because it was obvious the 3rd player in the hand had top set on the other board and could be freerolling given a flush draw on our board was also out there, which surprise surprise turned out to be the case, and to add insult to injury. The guy with the nut straight didn't have any kind of redraw, but thankfully a blank on the turn and river came up, but I still ended up getting quartered.
Always appreciate the comments - it’s rough when you are in the midst of a double board bomb pot and the straggles that come along with you have no idea where they are at in the hand; on the flip side, that’s exactly what you want! Keep plugging at it! Ty for the comment and Ty for watching!
@@ploprofessor Thankfully I was able to scoop that player in the next bomb pot. Where I was dealt AKKT with KKQ one board and AJ7 on on the other. I was able hit a running full house on the bottom board. Thankfully he had QQ and was hoping the top board was good.
Well…. They are not fun! But…. Especially in PLO…. It happens! All you can do about it is laugh and figure the card gods decided that you weren’t supposed to make a bunch of money today! Lost a 1800 and a 1100 pot, but still made a 31 profit…. So overall I’ll take that
I really like the Wynn. The Aria gets too many regs…. Wynn is many more recreational players. The Wynn will run 5 card during the Wynn millions and WSOP. Ty for watching! (For 6 card no one runs that yet)
He’s fine - just got 3rd and 4th in two tournaments. As a pro you have to go where the money is, and he ran into some soft fields in some mixed tournaments for the wpt in La. And he was moving his parents across country….. he’s been busy!
I don’t mind pointing out to someone what can beat me; I have a philosophy that they get it all in, tabled either half of their hand or their entire hand…. If they beat me…. The card gods have deemed it so! I know it’s weird… but I just don’t want to have anyone feel like I cheated them out of money. I personally feel that I can win their money fair and square (or call it karma).
@@ploprofessor part of poker is the ability to read hands that goes for everyone the dealer and your opponents. the game is difficult enough. Im not assisting and i dont want anyone to help me read my hand vise versa. Cheating is doing something like mishandling the deck, collision. etc. karma is tricky. Many people have died trying to great things for other people. karma is sketchy
Honestly I feel poker is a social game. I can certainly respect your opinion because it is less likely someone may accidentally mention their cards if no one says anything….. but again as a social game, and especially when you start dealing with whales or regulars who are super splashy and don’t mind losing; they just want to have a good time. So being social is part of the game! Appreciate your comment and ty for watching!
"We end the session up $31" is just an expertly delivered punchline after all that.
Amazing ending with the black screen of death. Had me in tears. So powerful.
That was over a year ago when I was still figuring out editing! Haha. Didn’t even realize that was like that! Ty for the comment and Ty for watching
Love the content! But why the 3 min blackscreen at the end lol?
Ope….. didn’t even realize that was there! Must of been the cutting from the footage. I will double check that next time! Ty for watching!

Why do u ask your opponents if they beat u. Like never like never

Don’t talk at the table. Very annoying. Unnecessary. Encourages talk about cards on the board or discarded. Just dummy up
