And having a game exclusively on Peacock is a disgrace.
Blame Swift for that.
Communist-owned Peacock is a disgrace to our country and mankind.
$5.00 A MONTH CANCEL ANYTIME. I GOT IT FOR ONE MO. THEN WILL CANCEL!!
Yup. Pure Greed😂
I think that’s the future of sports. With people streaming tv shows and movies.
I agree, it shouldn't be moved. Bed weather games are what make The NFL stand out from other sports. Plus, fans enjoy watching those kind of games.
I love bed weather games
worst thing Minnesota ever did was get a Dome......Ditto for Detroit
Midwest is the best America!!! The heart of America. Hearty and tough 🇺🇸🦅🏈🟡🟣
I agree football was meant to be played in the elements. I’m glad Chicago hasn’t put a dome yet soldier Field iconic.
@@androlibre9661 Minnesota's stadium has been among the busiest in the league and is a true regional year-round resource. It is asinine to spend a billion dollars of mostly public money for something that sits empty most of the year and is a perpetual taxpayer burden, like what Buffalo is going to do. Chicago's new stadium will have a roof as well, since they don't have cheese for brains like some other communities.
2016 playoff game between the Vikings and Seahawks at the Gophers stadium while US Bank was being built was -6 with -25 windchill. 88 year old Bud Grant came out to do the coin toss in a short sleeve polo shirt.
Awesome.
I remember that.
And Paul Allen's call at the end, too😅
Wasn't there an awesome Bears/Viking game there too in negative temps?
@@EnterpriseNCC-1701 "ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THE SEASON CAN'T END LIKE THAT!"

Who could forget that epic moment?
Damn I felt terrible for viking fans.
Don't remind me of Blair Walsh. smh
As a Buffalo native, trust me the Bills fans will make it to the stadium.😂😂
They’ll probably have an epic time too.
A foot of snow with 50 MPH wind gusts? If that really happens the roads won't be open.
Last Year Bengals loved that Snow in Buffalo!

Fans love bad weather games. Until their team loses.
Because these games are like lottery.
This gonna be an interesting 2 games to watch!! Cold weather games like in the old school era!!
FKN (A) Bengals vs Chargers ,56 Below Zero wind chill !
Frostbite is not cool
@@ckobo84 Frostbite is literally very cool.
How are people in Buffalo supposed to get to the game with a foot of snow? They call that "Tuesday" in Upstate New York.
It’s about money. If they move the game they have to refund tickets. Same as if they don’t let fans in. They won’t do it unless they absolutely have to. They would rather leave it to fans to choose not to go and keep the money
People already placed bets taking weather into account
They moved the game different days, so there goes your theory…
This is old school football. What the game is all about!! Cold weather sport!!!
Actually, football has traditionally played in the early and late fall. Not worried about the players, feel sorry for the fans and having a medical emergency
@@chevy4x466they will live and die watching football
It's Buffalo and Pittsburg playing FOOTBALL, not tennis - cold winter weather is a problem, really. Who comes up with this BS?
@@patentexperts1675wimps, wussies, know-it-all nerds and non-winter, safe-space snowflakes - those who think winter belongs on another planet.
This is what football is all about playing outside in the elements. Can't wait for these games
If that’s what football was all about we wouldn’t have domes and every field would have rain and snow machines.
I went to a game in Soldier Field in freezing drizzle and by half time my whole body had ice all over it. During the game it was miserable, but the 4 guys I was with still talk about it 30 years later and wear it as a badge of honor. Let em PLAY!
Snow games are what football is all about.
Hell yeah. I love that shit!
Bad weather is awesome for football. That’s the whole point of the game!
No, that's not the whole point of the game, lol.
I dont think frost bite is supposed to be a part of football.
@@centralscrutinizer6108fuck it, off with their fingers 🔥🔥‼️
The whole point? Maybe 5% of the point. And that’s a high prediction
Whole point? You must be one of those idiots that think softer walls was a major part of nascar being less popular…
Yeah man, let’s put everyone in danger because you’d like to see a snow game. Give me a freaking break. Safety should trump entertainment.
Bengals -Chargers Game in 1982 was -56 Degrees below zero wind Chill in old Riverfront Stadium !
I remember the Raiders Bills playoff game in Jan 91. 7 inches of snow is just another snowstorm here in WNY,.
It's not a lot of snow until you get over 2 feet.
50 mph winds to go along with that is not, though...
You're about to see a repeat of Pats vs Bills MNF from 2021, where Mac Jones threw only 3 passes & beat the Bills 14-10.
This is what football is all about played outside I remember John Madden saying one time there should be 0 domes.
Bad weather games are the funnest games, no way should it be moved or postponed
the snow isnt what bothers me about these games but its the DANGERIOUS winds and -30 temps is what disgusts me that NFL shows their hand that they dont care about fans or Players safety
Born and raised in Buffalo, I remember going to the blizzard game back in the day against the Patriots. Sure I had seats that had the @$$ warmers but besides that we were sitting in the snow and covered in about 6-8 inches of snow by the time we left our seats. It was such a blast
I will be in Orlando enjoying these games in crazy weather. Can't wait!
Lucky mf!!!!!
Both teams are like Huskies. They love the snow.
The Governor of NY issued a State of Emergency for Saturday morning until Monday morning. If worse comes to worse, they can play the game on Monday night. From what I'm hearing, the storm is supposed to end on Monday morning
this is going to be crazy!! As a fan I cant wait to watch these games
I heard tickets for Dolphins/Chiefs game we’re going for less than $50!
I’m a native of the Kansas City area. Though the temperatures are absolutely brutal here in KC, there’s simply no way they can play that game in Buffalo in the middle of a blizzard. No way people can get to the stadium safely, not even in Buffalo. And if you can’t see like 10 feet in front of you, you can’t even go outside safely, let alone play football.
You don’t gotta drive. The stadium is in orchard park. We are walking distance around here. Even the players are 5 min from the stadium
The biggest issue with the weather isn't the on field conditions but all the people driving to the stadium during a storm. If it clearly becomes a public safety issue, the local authorities may tell the NFL to move or call off the game. That's what happened the last time a game in Buffalo was moved due to weather.
I remember growing up when schools would be closed with a foot of snow coming down. The kids would get together and play tackle football in a vacant lot by our house. Played all afternoon, came in for a hot meal, and then watched a movie at night. Great times
Damn in Buffalo we needed like 5 ft of snow for school to close
Come on Steelers hopefully our run game will be the key
Newsflash... It's winter, it gets cold and snowy in Buffalo. For folks in Buffalo, it's no big deal.
No one cares about the snow, it's the potential 50 mph winds they care about.
You can live in Buffalo your whole life, and it doesn't suddenly make the football fly any better when a huge gust of wind tosses it 20 yards away from your target 😂
Horrible weather conditions in January? Who could have seen that coming?
I think everybody’s getting real worked up over what’s going to end up being about 2 inches of snow and wind.
Will it affect the game being played? Yes but its gonna be so cool watching these brutal winter games.
Al Gore said the oceans are boiling. I see what he means.

Don't you know that any extreme weather today is due to climate change? Thems the rules. Chapter 1 section 3 in the Greta edition Climatology Bible, which I believe is the most current release.
I remember a Bills game being played in Toronto againt the Seahawks I think in Russell Wilson's rookie season. I can't remember who Buffalo QB was at that time. It was either Edwards or Fitzpatrick.
Living in Buffalo I'm glad I can stay home during the storm and watch the KC/Miami game on network TV. Thanks NFL!
This is going to b one of the best games played for years these 2 teams have played in adverse conditions
I would love to be able to go to a game in those conditions. It's something you can talk about for the rest of your life. It's something that will be legendary.
I live in Western New and the local media is telling people attending the game to make sure that they have food and water in their cars
How long has it been since there's been a snow game in the NFL? Hopefully everyone stays safe.
jets patriots was a snow game, although only for like 1 or 2 quarters.
It was snowing at the Jets/Pats game last weekend.
They'll be interesting games to watch.
Ready to see both of these playoff games
Football games in the snow are almost automatically EPIC FOOTBALL. A game played in a blizzard would be _LEGENDARY FOOTBALL._ I understand if they're forced to move it, but I really hope that they don't (and that the fans who go to the game get to and from the stadium safely).
I agree but safty for the fans is very important go Steelers
What a great one! Thanks! 👍
So far there hasn’t been any snow in western NY ….as of 2:30 pm 1/12/24
I live near the Bills stadium. The snow is no problem here though I’m wondering about that wind. Snow with that kind of wind could mean zero visibility
I LOVE snow games and rain games dude. I played 3 years of high school ball and we always loved the weather
I am tired of Buffalo getting screwed. They earned, EARNED, a home playoff game. They should have a home playoff game. Bills Mafia will find a way to get there. If the Steelers
don't get there, they lose. James Cook, Leonard Fournett and Latavius Murray Will get it done. Oh let's not forget the other guy that runs like a champ. Josh Allen. He can also
throw missiles through heavy wind. Do not move this game out of Buffalo.
He was still throwing missiles in the Pats wind game a few years ago. They actually moved the ball better passing instead of running. They just went to it too late.
I highly doubt they will move the site of this game. It's a playoff game in which the Bills earned home field advantage. If anything, they might move the game to Monday night
I’m live in SC this is my first Bills playoff game and it’s in a blizzard. The things I do for the mafia
I remember a few years ago the Colts going up to Buffalo and they played on a snow packed field. Of course its fun to watch the teams in the snow. If you want to see great plays and high scoring forget it. I think only one touchdown was scored in that Colts-Buffalo snow game. The stadium is in a terrible location. i love Buffalo. Went to college at Buffalo State College. My buddy and I go up and catch a game now and then. You have to find parking a hike away and if you do Uber you go a few blocks away and it is a frenzy of madness waiting on your Uber and getting out of there. I heard they are not moving the stadium but keeping it there and fixing it up. Hope they at least add a dome.
A friend of mine was at that game. He sent me some pictures and he couldn't see the field at all. You could just make out the red uniforms the Bills were wearing.
They're building the new stadium right across the street from the current one.
@@cope847 Dome or retractable roof?
In WNY, we're no snowflakes when it comes to snowflakes.
To be fair y’all…at a certain point isn’t it on these cold weather cities to have a retractable roof at least? It’s not like these teams are hurting for money. If you own the Bills, you know where you play 😂. Can’t wait for the Josh Allen turnover experience in the snow lol
I'm imagining how that ball will drift in kicks and passes. High gusting winds can definitely change the outcome of the game. o
Awesome. The way it is supposed to be!!!!!!!
kicking field goals, extra points, punts and kickoffs is going to suck
There are bad weather conditions and the. There are dangerous conditions. Sub-zero games can quickly lead to hypothermia and health issues.
Dropped punt returns, overthrown passes, a slow start with the guard pull out for run blocking
It’s a real public safety issue for the city of buffalo. Tens of thousands of fans trying to get to the stadium in that weather will be a disaster.
I don't know where you live my dude, but people here in upstate New York know how to move about in the snow, lol. We do it every year.
THAT & the dolphin game @Arrowhead is going to be exceptionally frigid below zero
Well last year McDaniel was wearing a shirt that said "I wish it were colder" before their game in Buffalo. I guess he got his wish.
Football was born in the cold and snow nice to get some snow games
I lived in Buffalo when I was younger & that weather report sounds normal to me. Why should they move the game????? Because a warm weather team can’t handle the snow??? In the winter, it snows every day in Buffalo. What else is new?
The 70s Steelers used to feast on this type of weather.
I feel like everyone that likes cold weather games in blizzards had a nice ride on the pine and played grab ass while the men were in the trenches.
So so glad I have this weekend off
Bad weather is not quite the same as unsafe weather. -30F windchill is kinda wild.
There won't be -30 windchill in an completely enclosed stadium.
I just feel bad for the fans that'll be there. The players get to run around & get their body temps up, but the fans will just be sitting there
That's something I think about every time they have a cold weather game. Anyone that lives in a area that has winter knows even on really cold days it's not that hard to stay warm if you're active. Anytime I shovel a significant amount of snow I'm sweating my ass off before long.
Sit there while drinking whiskey! Get a freezer suit, ski mask ,wool socks and some of those heat packs to put inside gloves and boots you'll be fine...I work in -5 frz
It's called winter, deal with it! Remember the "Ice Bowl"?
Freezer Bowl in Cincinnati was colder than the Ice Bowl ,was 59 degrees below zero wind chill ,Bengals vs Chargers 1982
In the 90's, while Joe Montana played with KC, they played a playoff game in Buffalo that was -40F & -40C. Apparently, that's the temp they meet. Same temp where I lived and it was brutal
I remember that game vividly since a dude from my alma mater (Phil Hansen, longtime Bill) along with Bruce Smith made a Joe Montana sandwich between them and knocked him out of the game.
@@kleindropper Joe elbow looked like a soft-ball
Chargers vs Bengals 1982 AFC championship -9, wind chill -59
And you got all these fans crying about the cold ,grow a pair or stay home.
You know people can check the weather in buffalo for Sunday right? They’re calling for an inch of snow lol
Hell yeah baby bring it on!
Ill be at arrowhead- got my army gear from active duty

Game reschudeled to Monday 4:30 PM EST.
Can't wait to watch this game, warm on my couch.
Why is this even a question? It's Buffalo and Pittsburg playing FOOTBALL, not tennis - cold winter weather is a problem, really. Who comes up with this BS?
They moved it to Monday.
Oh that's going to be an awesome game to watch it's going to be crazy seeing that on TV... oh wait my bad I have to buy peacock to see it !
They should just play it on Monday in Buffalo.
Obviously, the people that didn't think the game should be delayed are those that have no idea of the dangers of driving in white out conditions are like. I grew up in the western NY snow belt, and there are times when you just don't drive. And, you have no idea of the dangerous life-threatening risk of driving in those conditions. I'm sure, there will be some fool who looks at a video of partially blue skies a mile or two north or south of the snow band and say WTF. Unless you live there, you just don't know what it is like.
It was a Monday night football game, New England it was bad, but Alan actually showed us on TV how he grips the ball for the weather changes. Now here it is, how true was he?
f that. i'd never go to a game that cold
if the weather pattern does what they predict its not safe for fans or players just change the date
Where is this coming from the weather isn't going to be a problem just in the 20s clean in the afternoon with snow flurries
Why don’t they move the game to Saturday
Old school....Awesome ! Just shows how much the domes suck. Brings back memories when I was a kid sitting in Cleveland's old Memorial stadium on the lake.
Detroit has a dome. Move it.
Detroit,Minnesota,Indy all need to go back to open stadiums like in Ohio where I'm from! Only domes should be in Vegas, mia, and arz because of unbearable heat
But one night Allen told us he’s got about three different ways. You can throw this ball for windy, snowing or rain
Bet the unders on passing/receiving stats for your prop bets
It shouldn't be moved... WTF is it with the NFL trying these last second money grabs
How will people get to the stadium? Trust me, as one who was born and raised in Western NY, I can tell you Buffalo fans will get to the game!
Half of them are already there tailgating lol
@@cope847 You're right! Hahahaha
Oh hell yeah!
I cannot see why they just are not moving the game to the Carrier Dome if this weather is such an issue?
Leave them alone and put them on over-the-air television.
I live just southwest of Buffalo, in Erie, Pennsylvania.. been a long time Bills fan since the late 80's, and we have very very similar weather.. I'm gonna be extreeemely pissed off if we end up losing electricity here because we are supposed to be getting the same exact weather. Already arrived just a couple hours ago and It's been windy as hell. 45mph gusts right now, possibly 50-60 mph by tomorrow (Sat). The power's flickered a few times already.
Crossing my fingers we do NOT lose our power. It sucks to begin with, but it's even worse when it's during first round home playoffs! 😅 I'm old-school and prefer over-the-air television. Don't own a laptop and can't watch over my cellphone.. sucks, but what can you do.
Be safe! 👋🏻
F- yeah!
Bring it👌👍
For selfish reasons… I love watching snow games
Idk why people would think they'd move the Buf-Pit game, if they aren't moving the KC-Dolphins game they aren't the Buf-Pit game
Northwest New York is not getting a state of emergency for a foot of snow hahaha. Not a chance. That is a normal winter day in Buffalo. Also, the game cannot be moved. It is too late unless they run the game on Monday. They can act as if they are moving it because fans cannot get to the stadium but if there is so much wind and snow, fans aren't getting out of New York either.
Grew up during the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s with games being played in the snow lightyears before all this DOME stadium crap. Games in Minnesota, Green Bay, Buffalo, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Chicago were awesome to watch. Back then, a player EARNED their incredible paycheck playing in those conditions. Today.... May watch a game or two mainly for background noise if nothing else while I do stuff around home, but really not interested like I used to be.
22% chance of snow and 25 mile an hour winds during game time. Where are you getting these numbers from?
