When I brought mine, I had to drive from Bruxelles to Cannes. (700 miles approx.) I was scared by the car too… but also by the other drivers who were speeding behind me to ba able to take pics/videos. I never drove faster than 100 miles/hr. I was listening to everything single noise, I was so stressed. Plus in trafic jam, gearbox was sometimes refusing to shift 1st and second. (Which I didn’t notice during the test drive) This journey definetely created a special relation with this car that I never had with previous ones.
@@gregoirejimmy9687 Yes, exactly. With every strange sound you quickly question if it is normal or a $30,000 problem. The very next day after bought mine, it wouldn't start. Scared the crap out of me. Turned out I wasn't pushing the brake pedal hard enough.
That is the most fun, exciting, fantastic and amazing moment i could imagine. Driving your dream ferrari home straight from the dealership. Wow. I wish i could experience it too
I'm afraid that for me the experience was a bit more stressful. Yes, exciting. But yes, holy crap, I hope this thing doesn't break down before I can enjoy it. It took a few weeks and a few drives for me to calm down enough to finally enjoy my exciting purchase.
Thanks. The original radio has already been updated. The only other modification is the exhaust. I have no plans for future upgrades. MAYBE wheel spacers.
I was too scared of The Car to have fun the first week or so. Has anybody else experience this with their new acquirement?

Congratulations! Took me a bit to get use to mine with it's F1 transmission. The Becker radio is a whole other puzzle. :)

Congrats to your beautiful Ferrari, guess it is giallo modena - sounds great.
Thank you. I'm guessing that you are right about the proper name for the color.
