Over time this is how confusion arises as for example the 360 does not change, it needs whatever was specked for it and today shell is incorrect. Generally 360 will take G48 green blue or purple coolant.

Blue G48 is correct for effectively all 2000s era Ferrari’s up until 2009 or 2010. Can’t remember the exact year. F430 also uses that same coolant.

Did it work? What is the normal operating temp stopped in traffic..? Mine is 210 plus now..was 190 prior to flush
Did you drain from anywhere else other than the front radiators?
This I had to remove the hoses next to the engine when I changed the timing belts. Last time I only drained the coolant from the radiators.
