You forgot that Oakland had an NHL team from 1967-76. Thus, Oakland is ( or soon will be) the only city to have teams in all 4 major pro sports and lose them.

Even Oakland lost their Indoor Football League team to San Jose before even playing a single game when the Oakland Panthers became the Bay Area Panthers.

The reality is Oakland is a black city and they didn't want their precious franchises playing in black cities. Simple.

Ha that’s funny, explain Detroit and Baltimore if this is the case, hell there are more Black people in New York, or hell Atlanta! I think you’re coping, which is fine, but I think they just thought Oakland wasn’t good enough for them, but not because its a black city 😂

@TheJevardo sure it's not solely based on that, it has to do with crime etc. I do believe it's among the many factors.

@@SantosSaysMedia need to layoff the racist little canine network bruh, because they're not exactly the most truthful.
But that's OK because the 1st Amendment says it's perfectly legal to lie..
Every red state big city has a crime and homeless problem......Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Atlanta, Memphis, Nashville, OK City, Kansas City, St Louis, all worse than NYC, LA, Chicago, LA, and San Francisco. I will agree with you about local city politics however as I'm down here in LA and we lost both the Rams and Raiders in 1995.

New York, Chicago and LA are black cities. Hell Baltimore and Atlanta are black cities. They’re doing fine. Oakland is just a crime ridden ghetto shit hole. Whether it’s because of black people or not is a whole different matter. Nobody wants to establish a sports franchise or any business really in an over-taxed ghetto shit hole where they could robbed and people get shot at any time.

Is that right? Perhaps that explains why Atlanta, Cleveland, Detroit, St. Louis, and Baltimore are all home to multiple professional sports teams, and also why the Washington Commanders play their home games in a D.C. suburb that is 92% black, in a Maryland county of almost 1 million residents, 63% of whom are black.

i blame the government for losing the team. guess who run the city... liberal democrats.

so explain the Houston Oilers moving to Tennessee in the 90's.
How about the KC Kings leaving Kansas City in early 80's or the Clippers leaving San Diego over 40 yrs ago. Wow if only Joseph Stalin and Karl Marx hadn't been the mayor or county supervisor in those communities. BTW St louis got the Rams from Los Angeles because of public funding for them, then lost them back to Los Angeles 20 yrs later. Damm St Louis liberal commies!!!
