I do agree that Oakland deserves better and I am not referring to the sports owners.. Oakland deserves better city leaders who doesn't play the victim role.. Oakland deserves a real mayor who understands the importance of sports.. People are quick to say that sport's stadiums doesn't do anything for a city..I differ on that cause I seen first hand what the Thunder has done for Oklahoma City..In order for a stadium to be successful you have to have the amenities surrounding it like shops, restaurants,etc.. Oakland didn't do that..All Oakland did was play it cheap by having that s__t hole out there in East Oakland with the hopes it will generate revenue..And people got the nerve to blame sport's owners?.Pro sport's is a business and it should be treated as such.. This is why Oakland is losing and will continue to loose until you get the right people in place..I don't blame the sports owners for leaving cause Oakland had more than enough time to get a deal done and they didn't.. So in regards to the lame pathetic progressives who run Oakland.. This City does deserve better..
