I like the vid, but the music is to loud, and the drama affect of the music sucks as well. No need to step up the danger, we are smart enough to get that the flying can be dangerous. GOD bless y'all.

This company is such an abusive place to work, so what else do they expect except a revolving door of employees? The working conditions at that company are horrendous. No employees should be abused the way these people are and they just pass it on down the line. Like they say "sewage flows downhill until it plops on YOUR head".

Yeah, it's pretty ridiculous- and not safe really. That said- that's sort of the whole point of this show- how unorthodox and antiquated this airline is. It works for them- they haven't had anyone die or have a serious crash in a long time, but there is a reason the big airlines and stuff do it differently. This is a very unique situation and there is some very unique ppl involved- they pull it off.

I agree, I am surpised Joe has not had a few lumps in the head from some young employee or even a fan that doesn't like his antics. Its one thing to expect an honest days work. It a whole other to go on the war path and abuse people. Sitting at the top Joe has some ownershipt in how unprofessional his compnay runs.He sure can dish out blame on others. As far as him taking any ownership in getting his company running better I haven't seen that as of yet.

@Mark Job, i am disgusted by how arrogant and prideful joe is. His plane's are junk to begin with, cobbled together with used, and scrap yard parts. That accident with the landing gear not engaging could have ended in death. Sending people out to fly thousands of miles to places the plane was not designed to handle is ignorant, and could cause accidents killing the crew, and people on the ground. I don't see how the place gets licensed. Joe should have non skilled labor doing all that cleaning and bs loading. They pay a lot to get a pilot license, and not using that skill isn't helping them. I usually don't watch this because i can't stand joe's attitude. I see why he goes through a lot of personnel, because they can go fly for a company that doesn't have an owner throwing tantrums eveyday. I hope the guy changes, because life goes so fast, and if you don't have GOD, you got nothing.
