This is brilliant comedy from Chappelle. This would NEVER fly today, but back when it first aired it was genius.

It is alright to make fun of each other as long as we are laughing with each other not at each other. Most of the jokes and comments I see in the mainstream and social media are cruel and not really funny at all. I hope it changes soon.

The real reason is because the network was turning down all his scripts like these they wanted the show to be less about race but he didn't like how they where changing it so he ended it and didn't renew it and even claims he turned down a contract for several million dollars.
