As a runner, wouldn’t recommend doing hard runs every day. I’d suggest maybe 2-3x per week. You can jog slow and easy quite often though, like 4-7 days of the week as much as your body can handle and be healthy.
@@d.r.4439 Thirty seconds doesn't seem that long, but at that speed, you are covering quite a bit more distance and you need strong conditioned legs to do that at an incline. If you haven't tried, don't knock it.
It's tough but the most dangerous part is jumping right on a treadmill doing 12 mph. I would be more open to jumping on a treadmill doing 9.5 or maybe 10 and quickly raising to 12, but jumping right on 12 seems like a hip or groin injury waiting to happen
Bro not to be a hater or anything, but that was too easy. My trainer and whole team says that my stamina is terrible, but this was easy for me. If a player can’t successfully do this challenge, then they should really start to take things a little more seriously.
This is elite level fitness. Absolutely not a routine for beginners and for sure very tough for most decently fit people
There is written *footballers* .
😂😂😂😂

We used to call these sprint8's they will increase your endurance like nothing else.
Gran vídeo muchas gracias!
That’s a good one 👍🏽
Perfect tredmill
Nice bro 💯👊🏾 how often do you do these?
I do a variation of this: 10 minute warm up jog, then 3 sets of 2 sprints but I have 1 minute break in between each set
I must have him, IMMEDIATELY!!
Would you say it’s better to do these sprints vs your other video (running 3 mins each set)
I wouldn’t say one is better the other one. Both exercises are great for building stamina, so I would start by mixing them into your routine!
Goddamn and here I am sprinting 30 mins straight & jogging for an hour like it’s the last day on earth 🤦♂️🤦♂️
I used to do that 😭😭😭
AT WHAT SPEED?? He was sprinting on 12 on an incline of 5 😩😩
@@jilliannotice8852 he’s full of shit bro the all fun guy
Man, that's tough... 12mph at 5% incline? You are crazy 😅
For 30secs? 😂

That's why you warm up lmao
Can we do core exercises after doing that?
up to you!! The important thing is to listen to your body!! Everyone is different 👍
Ima start doing this
Before or After Strenght Training?
12 mph calculates to 19-20 km/h , run 20 km/h for 30 seconds straight? Correct me if I'm wrong
🥰🥰🥰🥰
Yup you do this stop and start for 90minutes well you just played a game😂😂 cause thats football for you, sprint, jog walk fast, sprint jog walk fast.
During Season as well ?
not every week but when we have multiple off days just to keep myself fit!!
speed is 12km/h or 12mph , b3cause if its 12mph ,its 19kmh and in video it doesnt look that speed. please help. thanks
this was in 12mph
I do 12 for 5 mins at the start or the ending of my workout is that alr or not?
It’s upgrade speed ?
How long do you rest in between
30 seconds!
Warm up should be at least 2km/10min, 3 min ain’t enough you’ll end up pulling something and it just makes the first effort harder with no benefit
My treadmill only goes to 10MPH :(
i run 13 km/h for 30 mins with 12 incline is that too much im a cdm and in thought it would help with stamina
cdm?
This was tiring 😂
Will this get me in shape if I do it daily?
It’ll definitely help you but I would recommend mixing outdoor cardio/running with it for better improvement!!
Are you saying that this machine does not replace the Outdoor Running? @@shinsjourneySK
Ma I wouldn’t do it
Because you ate lazy and have bo work ethic so get your ass of your couch and do it
Sory,my speed 15,9
Jumping the rails is a big no no
