You just missed the hellzone, there are moves where when they hit a cutscene plays, for example Final Form Cooler needs to hit a beam first and then he uses the supernova (If you missed the beam there is no Supernova), SSG Vegeta also has a move where he needs to hit his air blast first and then a cutscene plays. Same goes for Hellzone Granade.
if Kefla doesnt get a swimsuit cosmetic then the fan service was not top notch 😂 im joking, but it would be cool to see some unique outfits like what ninja storm did by giving naruto a sasuke outfit and some characters a full on suit and tie.

You're absolutely right about how they designed roshi. Even in the original dragonball when he wasn't wearing a shirt his head was not that big. Just look at pictures of non-buff Jackie Chun vs Tien at the world tournament. They really dropped the ball with roshi and kid goku in sparking zero. And those are my 2 most favorite characters. 😢

He is completly wrong proportioned aside from the fact that kid/teen goku never wore an undershirt nor any kind of logo on the back the only logo there was, was the one on the front and it was yellow underneath the writing. Also wrong boots cause it was more slippers not full on boots, powerpole sheet also has the wrong color. I could fill an endless list of false proportions, coloring and so on about this game. Like wth did they do to the volume of the ssj3 hair? It just looks too short compared to any other representation
As excited as I am for GOATku to finally make his return to Dragon Ball fighting games after 15 years, I can’t call this the ultimate Dragon Ball game when he’s the only character representing the early arcs.

Kid Goku not having his Oozaru form is such an L. They got Vegeta as an Oozaru, but not the character it was originally intended for. And Id like to know why honestly. It cant be that hard to remove Vegata Oozaru's battle armor.

Had and still have nothing but amazing expectations for this game but melee supers missing like that is a huge problem. Yes it could always happen but this is way too often. I've Ignored cutting corners on classic super/ultimate attack animations, simplifying beam struggles to a preset sequence/position/setting, thin bendy beams that won't mimic how they look in the anime bc there's too much of an emphasis on tracking, but man I'm starting to get annoyed. I'm sure I'll love this game because they've done so much right and even exceeded some expectations(Destruction, clashes, characters, etc.) but the more things I know will irk me in the back of my head while I'm playing, the more I can't help but feel some disappointment, even if it's just a little. But hey, still looking like the best DB game of all time. If they were just a little more faithful and took more notes from fan service in Budokai and Raging blast, and weren't trying to make it appeal to playing online more "conveniently" and "balanced" and "Dragon Ball Super"ing some details, It'd be perfect
