There's a psychologist on substack who says that Narcissism is basically a phobia of (emotional) vulnerability and shame. I let someone stay in my apartment during a blizzard. He was acting all kinds of crazy. I was criticized for a week nonstop. I had decided to never let him visit again! I talked to him about it years later and said that I didn't like the constant criticism. He screamed "Lies! All lies!" They are so lovely!!😅

I want people to stop saying that they don't apologize bc i was with a horrific cover and he apologized often bc it fit his nice guy persona and yes he would sometimes deflect to me but most often he would apologize and pretend he put himself last so much so that i would always feel the need to fight on his behalf which i now realize was a form of supply. Coverts apologize so be careful
U are nice and smart! By the way: i am crazy and proud of it! Go no contact and stay no contact! It really works! White u are rebuilding your strenght and grow to be a beter version of yourself, they bekomen obsessed over the loss of our amazing supply. I call it a win-win situation. 😅
