That match trick involves the holding the matchstick in special position. Next you pull the stick towards you using index and thumb and the middle finger pushing the match stick outwards.(middle finger act as fulcrum and the inward motion act as force ) The position should be such that the matchstick stays against nail. The match stick on applying force goes upward direction and friction causes the jerky motion. Whenever you adjust the other matchstick(popped one) you press the setup and takes it to reset state. I used to trick my classmates with that trick when I was a kid. For those who wondered how to do it.
Thanks for the honest, non-condescending answer, I slowed it down to .25 and it still looks like the bottom match is motionless, but I believe this is the most likely explanation. Really neat trick.

Why is no one talking about Katherine's DTF outfits 😂🤣
I can’t tell what it says underneath the letters!
It says "Determined to Fight."
@@somethingelse9176 thanks, but I've made my choice for what it means in my mind - just as she no doubt intended
Alex Horne is 6'2 and now everyone in his life calls him "Little Alex Horne."
In the voice, no less
Compared to Greg he’s little! But I guess compared to Greg, a looooot of people are little 🙃
@@yazplatt compared to greg I'm a toddler standing at a whopping 5'1"
@@yazplatt how tall is greg then?
@@yalikebe3ns797 about 6’8
Rob Beckett’s laugh makes me think he could be a very entertaining Joker.
Certainly has the teeth for it, a la Romero's or Hamill's.
The perfect Joker should be genuinley intimidating and funny at the same time. That's Greg Davies.
@@get-the-joke Wait, would that make Little Alex Horne his Harley Quinn? Alternatively, I could see Greg as an Alfred-esque figure.
@@get-the-joke he'd make a fantastic Kingpin, and Beckett is honestly more cut out for the Green Goblin, Ayoade for Spiderman, Noel for Vulture.
@@PimpMacSlickBac Do you really think the British comedic elite are stupid Marvel characters?
The taskmaster theme now plays whenever i do anything remotely task orientated.
Seriously. Give it a try. I just made some toast and a cup of tea and it was EPIC!
Brennan Lee Mulligan would not only smash Taskmaster but would certainly make it onto a winners season.
That they took the table out on the first side shot and left it in for Noel's dismount is just genius
oh it wasn't needed at all I'm a fool still hilarious
For the perform a miracle one, rob should’ve just taken his contacts out again and put them back in: “I can see!!!”
All he needed was contact solution
oh my god yes. i was so worried after series 7 ended i wouldn’t have any more. but this is EXACTLY what i wanted
theres 2 more seasons out in the uk!! and one more coming out over this next month
Series 8 is my favorite
"Childbirth is a miracle"
"You have 1 hour"
"Better hurry and get those pants off Alex"
Pretty sure that 3rd sentence wasnt on the video but that was funny
Id help
More Noel and Bob? Yes please! I love these episodes, I’m glad they’re on RUclips now!
"Interview with Hitler" 🤣
I want that piece to be released asap! It's of public interest and there's no reason to withhold it from us any longer.
I don't think it's possible for Bob Mortimer to be embarrassed. He lost that prize task before it started.
Yeah. It would be like asking him to tell a tale of his youth without it descending into madness. Can't be done. 😂
I'm rooting for a 'Fan Favourites' series with Mel, Hugh, James, Jessica and Nish or Joe 😂
I want to see Hugh and Rhod doing a task together. It would be terrifying and hilarious.
My favorite has been Sally Phillips. Mel a close second.
every fan has different favorites!
@@chelseawildflowerloftinwey1945 Correct, I myself would love to see David Baddiel back.
No Bob?
As a viewer in The Netherlands who doesn't get to watch a lot of UK TV outside of the BBC occassionally, this show is amazing and brings me a lot of joy. I have managed to watch 5 series in a week :)
40:11 "What I love about this is that you're all laughing but someone's going to lose their f***ing job!"
Wow Greg makes everyone look tiny in that intro, especially Bob Mortimer. You could literally fit two Bobs into Greg
This show gives me life and is one of the most cheerful and buoyant things in all of 2020. For this you guys deserve an Oscar and a Nobel Prize. Sincere thanks for providing so much joy in a year full of really hard things. ✌🏼
Katherine's in it to win it, but this is gonna be a close season.
The Champion of Champions series only had two episodes, I'm afraid, so it's all a tad anti-climatic.
@@mmramish Good, i can't stand looking at her botox lips too much longer.
@@MechaHeretic she's amazing. stfu
@@andrewcowman852 Oh she is hilarious, as is everyone else on the show, i just can't stop staring at her upper lip everytime she talks and it's super distracting.
@@MechaHeretic learn to live with it like she did.
Thought bob was gonna try lubricating the table when he grabbed the WD40 but then he just blew the can LOL
God Bless Alex Horne, Greg Davies, and everyone who ever appeared or worked on this show
Holy balls Alex's face after the pen fiasco was priceless. I loved all the contestants confusion and complaining too. My favorite live task of all time.
I just discovered this show existed a couple days ago. This has got to be one of the funniest and amazing gameshows I've ever seen.
Binge-watching every taskmaster episode ever, has been the best part of quarantine.
Oh this is gonna be a great season
Only 2 episodes unfortunately
@@Zach90888 Wanted to downvote because this is a very saddening information, but that'd be a dick move, so have a sad upvote :(

I don't understand what's going on! This was out a few years ago... I feel like I'm on drugs.
@@stephengilmore2741 yeah its a few years old but they upload old seasons
As an American, this was the only series I wasn't able to find anywhere on-line. Thank you so much for posting it here. Can't wait to see the rest of the episodes!
I can't get enough of Lord Greg's gradually increasing admiration for Noel. LOL! I think Lord Greg has learned his lesson, thanks to Noel the Badass Fielding!
As soon as I saw it was Josh, Katherine, Noel, Rob, and Bob, I knew this would be good!
Any time you can get Bob Mortimer on a program you know it will be good
Bob's miracle is an amazing piece of performance art.
I need to see a Hobbit remake with Greg Davies as Gandalf and Josh Widdicomb as Bilbo
We just finished season 7 and were going to hunker down for the long, cold winter without Taskmaster and then you go and drop this in our laps like an over-eager Alex!! Thank you for making quarantine a little brighter!
Really neat trick.
at the fisrt task i emembere greg saying Noel is a LAD and he Totally is. smashing it lol

Alex stifling his laugh in the background is me whenever I see someone having a breakdown.
Honestly, the best game/panel show I've ever seen.
Also Noel, do those legs go all the way up? XD
Full episodes 😍😍 this season will be great! EDIT: also thanks for putting ads in the actual ad break slots instead of interrupting the content
Hats off to one of my favorite ever contestant, Josh, the only clown I know who is both asthmatic and afraid of balloons. Can’t wait for this season 🤩🤩
He also said he was allergic to watermelons and then gobbled one up. I call BS
