Hey so I have a MacBook Pro and bought the RGB PRO SE DARK CORE, installed the ICUE for Mac. Then I tried it all... because it wouldn’t detect my mouse even tho I already had it connected to my Mac books Bluetooth which is weird because I could move it and all and it works but the software won’t detect it. So I tried uninstalling it, then reinstalling it. Also made sure I was on update with the Mac book and the software and both are to date... also cleaned the “uninstall software icue” and checked to see and nothing... I really wanna customized my colors but I can’t... so I only got the three default color patterns for now...
So it appears due to the low power state of BT, you need to have the mouse connected to the USB dongle into the MBP in order to use the RGBs. Mine did the same thing with BT, as soon as I plugged the USB dongle in and connected, the device showed up and I could customize it.
