    I love this mouse, I do have small hands and it works great. Only thing I do not like is the lack of storing the dongle on the mouse for safekeeping since I like to switch between mouses lol. But it does have the bluetooth feature if you don't want to use the dongle or wired.

  • @vegasviking86

    An underrated feature is the usb cable being for charging AND use. Especially with the included adapter, so you can have the cable plugged into your pc with attached adapter and dongle connected sitting close by. As soon as you need to charge, just remove the adapter and you're good to go.

    i kinda find a problem with the rubber grip since yea its used for competetive gaming and stuff but that means you would probably sweat a little bit and on clutch situations it makes sweat get stuck between the design making it dirty inbetween this bumps and hard to clean

    I have the Corsair Dark Core RGB PRO SE and I've had the previous version. I believe the iCue software works the same for all Corsair Mice. Therefore you might think to turn down brightness you go to settings? NO the brightness slider under settings just turns of the light. So can you turn down the brightness? YES!
    I found the answer under LIGHTINGS EFFECTS & HARDWARE LIGHTINGS. It's the color picker and opacity buttons you use to turn down brightness.

    I’m not trying to be a hater but I have tried a couple Corsair mice the most recent one I used was the Nightsword priced at $80. I loved the shape of the mouse but the mouse itself just felt cheap. The buttons were mushy the right side grip panel was loose and would move slightly while playing. If I’m paying $80 for a mouse it better be solid. I just feel like they make cheap mice for the price you pay.

      Had the Ironclaw and the quality is really bad.. It creaks a lot when you grab it, many people have reported that the scrollwheel breaks after serveral months or in some cases even in a few weeks. I haven’t had a broke scrollwheel however it’s really bad because there’s barely any tactility when you scroll but also pressing it down requires a lot of force wich could make you scroll by accident. I switched to G502 Lightspeed and it’s miles better in terms of quality and feel. The sensor is more reliable and works on pretty much any surface while that’s not the case with Corsair.

      @@yumerxcy6336 I personally prefer the wireless one since you don’t have a wire dragging around all the time. The braided wire on the G502 can also wear down over time however I would say the wired one is a bigger bang for your buck, especially since you can get them cheaper due to it being on the market for longer.

    • @sm0nk420
      @sm0nk420 4 года назад +2

      It looks pretty cool, however, Roccat has done something similar with the leadR a few years ago. The issue that both of these mice will suffer from is the battery, once it dies you basically have to buy a new mouse. I think the ideal solution would be either to have AA / AAA batteries inside (as you can get rechargable ones), or something similar to logitech's charging mousepad. Or at least that's what I'd expect in 2019. (note: just checked, Corsair has a charging mousepad too, but this mouse doesn't seem to be compatible)

      @@thinkcomputers1 Well, not sure, I actually have the leadR from roccat and I kind of felt like battery life has decreased a bit since my initial purchase (which was right after launch), so I turned of the RGB lighting a few days ago, and it feels a lot better now. Makes me regret not turning it off sooner and thus gradually using up the battery, but at least I learned from my mistake. Still, if someone released a mouse with a replaceable battery, that would probably be insta-buy for me... :)

    Really bad mouse. Sometimes the buttons work. Sometimes they write numbers. Sometimes they don't work at all. Feels bad in the hand because of the asymmetric shape, when it is actually a right handed mouse. Will give you an aching hand, unlike all other mice I've used in the past 20 years. My palm doesn't fit on this palm mouse ( height 5'8 ). The thumb buttons are too far back and so are the two index buttons. The blinking flashing lights are on by default. The lights are distracting and one is on the palm rest so you would never see it when it's in use. Two point directly at your monitor and make a lovely flashing reflection when you are trying to concentrate. Everyone loved that, right? You need to download bloatware just to turn them off. People that don't want the lights on, don't want the bloatware. People that want lights, usually like bloatware to play with the lights. Boycott Corsair for your next purchase. Show them that things need to change. These are just a few of the basic things that are proof Corsair must be totally brainless. I mean, come on guys. These are obvious basic faults. It's not even like it was a mistake. Corsair purposefully designed this mouse to be stupid. When a company puts money into purposefully being stupid, they are failing at the most basic level. ADVICE for Corsair. Take a lump of clay. Take an average height man ( 5'8 ). Ask him to press his hand into the lump of clay, like he is holding a mouse. Now you have a mould for the smallest sized hand of the largest mouse you make. From there, Mould a mouse that has a rear palm slider, made of aluminium, that will slide back, to increase size for larger hands. Move the thumb button as far forward as the thumb can reach and place one back from that. Now you have the two thumb buttons. the DPI buttons, repeat this same process, but put a gap/plate between the two DPI buttons and the left click button. raise the mouse wheel and make it out of solid plastic, crosshatched. Put both a thumb rest and a pinky finger rest on each side. Add right and left side grip to the aluminium sliding palm grip so that the palm actually grips the mouse when you place your hand on it and you are able to lift all fingers, and still maneuver the mouse without it going all over the place. The two buttons behind the mouse are almost pointless, but if you are going to have them, they must not interfere with the palm. If you can press these buttons with your palm, they are in the wrong place. Move them forward, closer to the mouse wheel. Move the mouse wheel forward also if you have to. Don't be afraid to get it right... or you will just get it wrong again and again. Don't ask kids to help you design it. Give it to an older man and woman that are experienced. Kids like flashing lights, and get big heads. Adults will tell you straight, your product is crap!

    I just bought one but it is a disappoinment. It can not make macros for its onboard memory. actually its pc software icue can only record a few keyboard buttons as a macro for onboard memory. This is not macro! I can't imagine a macro setting without mouse events. If you can I have another bad news for you: If you want to use onboard memory on PS4 it is impossible. because the macro that contains keyboard buttons does not work in PS4! Shortly you can assume that THIS MOUSE LACKS OF ONBOARD MEMORY! And this makes it the same with a cheap mouse.
