How is the area getting into Cocotal? How far is the beach access from Cocotal? How is the noise level? As far as walking distance to local grocery stores and shops, how far away are they?
What do mean the area getting into Cocotal? If you own property you have access to Melia resort beach which is right across the street. It takes me about 10 minutes on my bike. It's a very quiet community. The public bus runs right outside the gate. It can take you to all the shops and grocery stores. There is one small grocery store in walking distance.
Thank you for watching. There are two fees the HOA which goes to Cocotal for a 2 Bedroom is average $140 and the Maintenance fee for your community depends on your association. I'm the President of my association and I set our fee at $60 per month.
