Looks like a great community. You should also do a segment on healthcare (cost and insurance for families ect..) That's an important topic for expats who are thinking of a move in the DR.

Hello, thank you for the very detailed video! Could you please tell me about your tap water, can you drink it or you have to have a filter? I'm living in playa turquesa and our water here is rusted orange color.

Thank you for watching. Our water is clear but we don't drink it. I do cook with it. We order our water. And it doesn't have that bad smell.

Thank you for watching. Do you mean who were the builders? This development is 18 years old. Each apartment is individually owned.

Do owners rent out their condos or put them on AirBnB? Might be nice to rent before you buy.
Yes, absolutely. My husband is a property manager for 3 families. He checks their guest in and out. And takes care of the properties while the owners are away.

What a great video. Are you a realtor ? What is the pet policy in Cocotal ? I have 2 dogs.
Yes, I work Part-Time as a Realtor. You are allowed as an owner as many pets as you like. They should be leashed on walks and owners need to pick up after their dogs. It's a very dog-friendly community. Renters are restricted to the rules of the owner of the unit.

How much you said was the water bill?
Ours average about $8-$11 per month. And they add it on to our HOA bill.
