Great video as always. Regarding the Golf course. The Real Estate "Hucksters" as they are fake agents, have been saying for 17 YEARS now that they are rebuilding it, lol... example the palms 1 and 2 pumped by fake hucksters tcg group example. unscrupulous people.

What's the rationale for building so much if these places are unkempt and abandoned? It seems like a lot of people are going to purchase a place in PC and not be able to rent them.

The market is shaky right now, property prices are falling everywhere, the last 5 years in the DR it has been crazy everyone’s been building, more houses than people, the bubble has burst, foreigners are also leaving the DR some going back home, others trying new countries. I’m Dominican living in Europe and see the difference over the last 18 months on my last 3 trips.

@@juanpablomoradelossantos6193 Puedes estar en desacuerdo sin usar malas palabras, ok. pero si crees que es algo malo, entonces no entiendes de economía, los dominicanos son empujados hacia atrás, el costo de vida es alto, esto es lo que pasa cuando los extranjeros comienzan a comprar tierras y propiedades, la gente local sufre, todo se encarece, mira. al ritmo de la criminalidad la gente esta siendo robada en todos lados, por eso Colombia tiene una actitud diferente hacia los extranjeros y las visas, los extranjeros tienen dinero y los locales no pueden competir con los extranjeros, BAD BUNNY sabe, dice nuestra tierra, nuestras playas. Necesitamos extranjeros como turistas no residentes. Dime que tan dificil es para un dominicano sacar visa para ir a vivir a USA, Canada, Inglaterra?, muy dificil si? Entonces, ¿por qué los extranjeros solo necesitan comprar boleto de avión e irse a vivir a República Dominicana?. Conozco a 3 personas en Puerto Plata que han regresado a su país. Las vacaciones y la vida son dos cosas diferentes.
@@enrique55455 tú los que eres un ignorante el costo de vida está altos en el mundo entero, y apesar de los malos República Dominicana es uno de los mejores países de América en estabilidad y crecimiento, hay muchos dominicano pobres por su forma de vivir que quieren darse la vida de los rico mientras muchos no cambien esa mentalidad nunca saldrán del hoyo en que viven.
