This is by far the best video Ive seen of yours. I work with small businesses on soical media and gaining more exposure I would say you have more so an informational channel oppose to “whats is she up to next“ unfortunately people want the fireworks in order to keep their attention, If I had a particular subject I wanted to know about and you popped up GREAT! MAYBE get with a social media manager and figureout where you want your channel to go as far as a structured plan. Hope this helps ❤

Hey Ms Bridget! You're gonna have to start wearing a shirt that says "Me llamo Bridget!" while running around town or change the channel name to "MY NAME IS BRIDGET!" 🤣 Wonderful info about the real estate environment in Punta Cana. I knew about greedy realtors but did not know about the "missed viewings" issue you spoke about.

The youtube algorithm is weird - a lot of it depends on not only likes but actually I'm fairly sure that a good deal of weight is given to engagement. So, likes and COMMENTS will help drive your numbers up over time because more comments and likes will mean your video is recommended to a broader audience.
The subscriber to viewer ratio will always be imbalanced (because people are lazy and/or don't log in) but you may be able to close the gap by figuring out a way to get viewers to comment/engage with your content more.
Another thing I've seen work for other channels is to say something like "If you found my content helpful/useful, it helps my channel grow if you like and subscribe..." because people aren't always aware of the connection between liking/subscribing and channel growth - they see it more as a just a simple voting system and don't always feel inclined to participate. But letting the audience know it's something small they can do to help the channel grow entices more viewers to engage over time.
How you want to do that is obviously up to you - but I'd take a look back at your data and see what videos got the most engagement for you, and then see if you can figure out why they did. That might give you a "recipe" for driving up your engagement/subscriber numbers.

I have been reviewing the RUclips data it is very interesting. I have been making money from my channel for a long time. But I see it could be so much more profitable.

I forgot to add that maybe you could look into a Patreon account for subscribers to pay monthly for different things. I know other youtubers often have a patreon account that offers viewers extra content, or merchandise, or special requests/live videos etc. That may be an option if you're interested - especially since you get so many real estate specific questions. But either way I think you're on the right track cuz I love your channel. :D

Thank you for watching. You don't have to be Licensed to be a Realtor. But you have to be signed under a Broker to have listings and to get paid.
