If that first one is about 4100 feet, then that means something like 40 feet wide times 100 feet long? A mobile home and no place to park? What the hell man? Also most people don’t realize San Antonio is the seventh largest city in the United States; it would be more useful to check driving time to Loop 1604, because once you’re there, just about everything is available. Another consideration anyone in Bandera Texas is roughly 1 hour from San Antonio, and about two hours to Austin. That means the seventh, and 11th largest cities in the United States. That means two airports that you can get a direct flight to almost anywhere in the world. While Bandera itself isn’t particularly beautiful, you’re a 20 minute drive from some beautiful Hill country. Both of those cities growth rate is double digits. More here than meets the eye.

Go look at land in Concho Arizona, way cheaper than Texas.
Concho is cheap but kinda desert like too. Maybe Arkansas lots of trees and very cheap.
@@RuralVacantLandcom My 2 acres in Concho has lots of trees and is not flat as a pancake. Plus it has a seasonal creek and great views.
Property taxes are high
1:20 hour they call that to far.

I was at a ranch in Wyoming and two of the ranch hands claimed to be professional banjo players. They started playing and making fun of the banjo as well as each other it was quite the hilarious entertainment that turned into line dancing and one heck of a good time.
