    I'm so glad it was helpful! Boosting calories in the diet definitely takes creativity and trial and error -- but keep trying. It's worth it in terms of overall health, nutrition, and energy!!

    I was diagnose with this condition. I really believe from experience that alcohol was the triggerof my nightmare with stomach problems. I have been suffering for 28yrs. I don't recommended alcohol as a beverage. People don't know that they could have and underlying illness and alcohol could make it worse. Just a word of caution. By the grace of God am struggling and coping with this thorn in my flesh.

    Great video Crystal. What do you think about coffee? I think coffee helps me a bit, but I know it´s not healthy and it is especially bad for the adrenals.

    I had pancreatitis from drinking once again too young for this terrible things we take for granted like digestion LOL I don't let that stuff in my stomach. When I can't I just flirt I just throw it up make myself throw up no bezoars here
