      Although it made me angry , which is probably cuz of my low iron .

    Where do you feel limbic system dysregulation, trauma and all those other aspects come into play here? I see many recover fully by working on their limbic and nervous system. Without even doing anything on the physiological side.

      I know that limbic system dysregulation or nervous system dysregulation is what I call it can cause a lot of problems chronic illness and allergy attacks too

      ​@annettediberardino6628 it looks like finding teachers to guide you through the emotional and physical healing modalities. so, do not self teach the following, but find a teacher. psychotherapy, physical therapy, biofeedback, trigger point massage, accupuncture, mindfulness meditation, visualization meditation, martial arts, weight lifting, body building, low intensity exercize, yoga, hot yoga, Journaling, and most importantly, addressing all physical pain in the moment of the experience, and finding doctors to treat your physical conditions.

      Agree! I'm taking 8 mgs. DAO with each meal and feel better than I've felt in decades. I can still eat healthy foods this way, but make sure I don't eat more than one high histamine food at the same meal and limit the amount of those foods.

    Tough to detox when you react to the heat, I get severe angioedena when I go in a sauna.

      Try red light therapy. It’s wonderful. It’s warm, it not hot. I hope it will help. Also it’s great for the eyes.

    Thank you for this video. I do always feel best when I am on low carb/ keto diet. I was able to be well controlled for years by reducing greatly my carb count.

    I highly recommend fasting for MCAS! It has worked for me in the past and gotten me to a state of stabilized health! I’m currently pregnant and going through a flare and so I can’t fast for multiple days, sadly. I’m trying intermittent fasting everyday (eating 2 meals within an 8-hour window) but it’s not nearly as effective as multi-day fasting. I’m watching these videos to try to get some additional tips since fasting isn’t an option for me right now.

      My daughter had that and our functional neurologist put her Apex Energetics X-FLM. I don’t know if that will help or not. It’s to help with immune system. She’s had POTS.

      I know how....it's long ,hard ,but the thing is, if you have toxic mold (which I did and do, worked in and most of us have as people do NOT get their buildings and homes checked!!!!!!!), you'll fill right back up. So, gotta get to the root. Sauna, HBOT, EBOO (blood filtration through a filter and UV light).

    Thank you for your information means a lot for us people - mostly *healthy* (not talking of MCAD) but with quite a number of unconfortable symptoms. I wants to reduce use of AH medication- esp. I feel that if I have had an overload and was not able to sleep- and I take a AH generation 1, I will sleep but feel like a hangover.. like the body tells you: "hey you accelerated me and now you want to brake me and decelerate... and I do not get it..." I am happy to see that nettle tea helps prophylactic, fasting did not really help, and silicium earth helps and argile cleans the gut and reduce the length it says inside one... all the sneezing, diarrhea, heat, etc.. seems like the body wants to get rid of all this asap.. no?

    I have very low glutathione & severe mcas issues. But when I take glutathione supplements- I react poorly.

      @@jac1161 yes a few years ago I tried NAC. I don't feel well on it. I have learned my aliment for 66 years is a mast cell activation syndrome and poor MTHFR. I must eat low Histamine diet and take DAO enzyme daily to avoid massive neck and back pain and fatigue Plus NMN and Transresveratol. .

    I put a dash of tumeric in my coffee and have soymilk organic in the morning, i been dealing with brain fod memory fog in perimenapause , and had covid not that long ago , i also been dealing with teeth issues, I do not take hmt , its been rough , i do fast and change up my diet , i also have a cow milk allergy, this video helps thank you

      Hi, carnivor diet, low histamine foods may be helpful. I’m on it, when I started couldn’t handle meat so I was on ketogenic GAPS. It has change my life. No dairy no eggs, cannot add any fermented foods. Has improved brain fog so much. I still cannot do math, but I can read an learn now😊

      @@Maria-uw1wq please eat resistant starch! Keto and carnivore caused my MCAS by killing my microbiome. The first year was great, but I got sick and by the second year I was fully disabled. My doctor was a keto advocate and watched me get very ill and gaslit me the whole time!

      ​@@melissak7798 Thanks for sharing, I cannot have starches, have not digested them for years now. I get slowly better on keto/carnivore. I agree dairy, eggs, shellfish are very triggering so I avoid them. Also fasting triggers MCAS, Lion Diet also made pain and fatigue so much worse. Key for me is to detox slowly

      @@Maria-uw1wqfasting does not trigger MCAS lol, in fact, it usually helps those issues in people. Also, eggs are not triggering for everyone, some of these things depend on the individual…

      spike is a trigger, so the MCAS that was underlying is now more pressured. It may not even be "long covid".....Dr Bruce Patterson tests this......S1 protein. What's "lovely" is this - the shots shed, the kem traylz, etc...... we're always going to be exposed. I had severe cv march 2020 while working as a nurse and I got no help which was torturous and caused a lot of ptsd I'm workng on but anyway, I was also working and living serious mold which ended up being a poop storm of maaaaaany issues at once. I shouldn't be here right now. Anyway, yup, a lot of attacks on us today :( "Good" way to wipe out humanity, huh? I'm always better with sauna, fasting, ivermectin and antihistamines, buuuuuut type I diabetic who can't feel her lows and its not from poor diet, but it makes it all more confusing. What a beast, right?

      @@jac1161 correct I am negative for everything except high anti-histones. My auto immune doctor has rolled out, drug induce lupus and has now sent me to the UNC long-haul Covid clinic. Apparently Covid can be linked to anti-Stone levels high or also Epstein-Barr. my brain fog and fatigue are debilitating to the point I had to retire.

    can you take Cromolyn without H1 and H2 blockers. I have always been sensitive and end up with heart racing when taking antihistamine so I can't take them. is it ok to take my Cromolyn when I get it.

      and more! mast cells release1000 chemicals and so do lots of other immune cells. If your liver is slow to detox, then all those chemicals keep interacting with each other doing who knows what ... total chaos!

    Has anyone tried red light therapy? I have mcas and am also detoxing from oxalates. I just started with it and I slept 6:56 really well. I also have dry eye and early stage macular degeneration. I also like buterate for IBS and NAC.

      Red light, yes. + 1yr, re: oxylates, no chocolate no spinach. That's about only oxylate reduction efforts

      I have a big red light/IR and have done all the areas where I’m having issues over months and it didn’t help. It did help with wrinkles and cellulite, and especially sun damage.

      Hello, red light therapy does not work that well on my pain because I think I am still consuming too many oxalates or something that is bothering me. I do think red light therapy works decent on the skin.

    Can High dose Vit C IV's help the gut? reduce candida symptoms? Going in for 6-8 rounds severely v injured.

      I had that 5 times, but because I had a severe case of cvd in march 2020, no shots (being left with severe illness and no medical help told me a big NO on the shots, but I was against even the flu shot because I never believed it was about health and safety. as a nurse, and a patient, I saw too much). I don't think the Vit C will help with the shot because you didn't get the infection. The virus is NOT in the shot, only the spikes which are not viral. So, you need to get rid of the spikes. For that, since my antibodies were sky high and still are, 4.5 years later, EBOO (blood filtering), sauna, etc. I'm sorry to hear. It's been so hard for so many of us!!

    If I fast and my symptoms become too bad within the first 48hrs, is it safe to take Prednisone to help get me through? Or can it make things worse at all?

    Dr Paul i have the a unexplained symptoms going on ( Doctors where i live cant help me ) like swallowing difficulty very bad it gets at the end of the day where i struggle with my own saliva and general weakness in my mouth and breathing difficulties as well wheezing with exhale , when i sleep and wake up the morning its better and goes on and on like this pattern ,
    its get better with H1 and H2 antihistamines and Dao enzyme supplements alone , but lately i stop responding to them so i added ketotifen and it was a miracle ,
    I still have it its like anaphylaxis but chronic i have to take ketotifen daily which makes me fat :(
    IS THIS MCAS ? Am stuck here been to 3 allergy specialist that only says its EOE and i tested for it when all this started its negative , its been a year now :( , I have many other symptoms but that the thing that making my life less happy

      This sounds difficult I'm sorry to hear it. Try finding an integrative doctor with the links in the video description. There may be a local integrative doctor you haven't found yet.       I feel you. Even when I don't eat anything it happens. It's very irritating my oxygen level is fine but feels like my throat is swelling up my tongue has bumps and hurts and my lymph nodes feel swollen. I hope you have found more relief

      because the antioxidants are trying to help put out fire so they get used up in the process

      @@ItBetterBeFast covid is special. it reanimates dormant viruses, bacteria, mold infections. it causes CFS cuz it fits into cortisol receptors. we need more studies!

      I think long COVID accelerates an already existing problem with Histamine. I always had a Histamine issue and post COVID it morphed into long COVID and histamine issue is even worse. My body burns, burning feet and fatigue. 😢

      that's just one of the theories. you might have had a genetic predisposition for it and borderline symptoms throughout your life in the first place.

      @@drzeworyj idk about that. People that get the vaccine and long covid seem to have the same symptoms. I have had covid 2 times before this with no issues. The last one something just shifted. Besides the symptoms of MCAS i have much more and they don’t seem to be going away.

      You likely had MCAS it just wasn't triggered enough for a response. It usually shows up after a spinal injury or severe sickness.

      @@SK-jq8um I don’t beleive that at all because I never once had an allergy in my life until I got covid. People keep saying it’s underlying. I don’t see how that’s passively at 30 years old to develop life threatening anaphylactic episodes from a virus that I never once had before this at all.
      I didn’t even have seasonal allergies. The virus did something where it caused problems. They are showing now that the spike protien keeps binding to the h1 receptor
