    I had to buy the 753 to help do clean up after hurricanes here in central Florida, it wasn't really in my budget but needed it bad, so being able to save money fixing things myself is a big deal. Your video has the best real content that I needed, I'll be watching you from now on ...thanks so much.

    What oil do you use for hydro oil? I bought a used machine with no manual and there seems to be a debate on what oil to use. I have an S175 that is very similar to your machine and this pump video is really helpful and confidence inspiring.

    • @tetradgroup
      @tetradgroup  3 года назад +4

      Well thank you for the comment. Yes there's always going to be debate on what hydraulic oil to use. I personally use bobcat hydraulic oil. It is more expensive and it comes out to about an ISO 40 weight. However the Bobcat oil has a much higher zinc content for lubrication. If you were to lose hydraulic oil such as a busted hose or another issue you would want that high zinc content to protect the internal components if something were to happen. Not perfect but peace of mind if you can stick with the Bobcat oil.

    Question u mentioned that ur bobcat creeps forward I was wondering how did u fix that I have a 753 and was wondering how to fix it

    • @tetradgroup
      @tetradgroup  3 года назад +2

      It might be time for a steering rebuild however you can buy some time by adjusting the steering blocks on top of the pumps. They're probably worn and have some slop between the block and the bearings. It's not hard to do, it's just a little difficult to explain. Start by raising the machine off the ground, start the machine lower the arm bar release the brakes and then raise the cab at this point the side that creeps should be spinning freely off the ground. You'll see the centering blocks on top of the pump you'll need a 9/16 wrench to loosen the bolts just barely and then tap the bolts with a hammer to push the block tighter against the bearings until the steering becomes perfectly neutral. This is a very vague explanation but maybe it'll make sense once you look at it closer.

    Can you replace a roller bearings on the steering triangle without removing the whole assembly? my 863 version has a Allen key bolt securing the roller bearing, which is accessible, though looks like there is nut below it which may not be captured based on the parts diagram. Did not know if I try taking it apart if the nut will fall out without disassembling it first? The 863 has a hydraulic line running through the middle of its steering plate.

    • @tetradgroup
      @tetradgroup  2 года назад

      That has a center charge pump on it however you can still remove the plate and just spin it around the line and remove the triangles. That's going to be the easiest way.

Tutti i problemi elettrici apparentemente risolti , rimane la scarsa forza di trazione e il fatto che fermandola in salita tende a scendere , il concessionario Bobcat ha collegato lo strumento di diagnosi e ha controllato la pressione di alimentazione che risulta perfettamente nei parametri (29,5 bar al massimo dei giri) almeno a freddo o comunque senza che abbia lavorato prima di collegare lo strumento, a questo punto chiedo qualche consiglio su cosa controllare, io avevo pensato ai motori di trazione, ho dato anche un occhiata al manuale e sulla parte idrostatica parla di sostituire in filtro idraulico (già sostituito anche questo), e di due filtri sfiato carter che non ho capito ne dove siano e neanche la loro funzione, mi sapresti aiutare?
