CNH uses a couple different version of this pump in their skid steers. The pumps they use have the charge pump integrated into that housing you removed from this pump.
CNH also does not authorize their technicians to take apart these pumps. I have had one pump where the bolts that hold that end housing on broke at about 20 hrs on the machine and it just kept dumping all the oil out the bottom. There was also one where whenever you enabled hydraulics it would just drive one side in circles no matter the input. That one must have had broken servo piston centering springs or something.

Currently, 2 elements were damaged (swich plate and coil of the High Flow) I am trying to find a spare parts distributor in the US to directly request the spare parts and skip the dealer in my country, is it possible that you can help me??? I purchased a used T630 Sunbelt machine from an auction. Ran great until this problem, about 3100 hours. 7528 right side. I'm going to order the bushing and control arm and have purchased a service manual. The service manual speaks about remote start tool needed to run a calibration. Is there a way to replace these parts without requiring a full calibration? Can you speak a little bit about when a calibration would be required and ways to avoid a calibration if everything was perfect before this error code? Also the pump motor is painted a deep blue color on the case, I'm suspect that it could have already been replaced. Is there a common color for these hydrostatic pumps from the factory? Great video! Thank you.

All of the other hydraulics still work, just not the drive. Since it moves for a short period of time, i know the motors are working, it’s an electrical problem. No codes. ZHS 430 Fast track.

Hoping you have a minute for some advice. Just bought a 2016 T550 at auction (2,200 hrs) and it has code D7528 (rt swash plate out of position). I just did a hydraulic flush bc the fluid looked terrible. The machine will run/drive for a bit but it seems to almost always shut down and throw the code when backing up on wobbly terrain. I can run it up and down my driveway 200 yards long and it seems ok but can consistently get it to shut down if I go off my drive and then reverse back on to it as I turn around (there's a couple inch height difference at the edge of the drive).
Not sure if there are any other trouble shooting I can do before starting down the road of pulling the engine and pump? I greatly appreciate your time and advice!

Thanks again - bit the bullet and got the engine pulled out today. To get the pump out, I'm guessing it's easiest to just disconnect the hydraulic lines and hoses, electrical connectors, and then pull the pump out in tack with the cast iron pulley housing (or whatever that's called) that has the 3rd engine mount?
It didn't look like it had any mounts itself - just was supported by being attached to the cast iron pulley housing. Is that right?

@marshallbell9354 yes that's correct. Pull the housing so you can remove pulley from pump shaft the pump from housing. I'm impressed you got it out that quick. You can mount engine to pulley housing and put it all back in as an assembly.

I'm working on a bobcat loader T250 and I am having a problem with getting 2 swash plate sensor codes, I removed the engine and checked for movement in the swash plate sensor actuators and found no problem with either one of them so I replaced both sensors and centered it up pretty good and put it back together but still getting the same codes so I checked the voltages and I can't get the voltages down below 3 volts no matter how far I adjust it with the screws in it indicating that the swash plates really are out of neutral. Do you know how to adjust the swash plates so they are really in the neutral position. This does have the solenoids that controls the speed. The bobcat won't even crank over or turn on the fuel solenoid. could this problem with the swash plates out of neutral, cause it not to crank? This is a job where somebody else changed the engine and I had to finish putting it back together and it's been sitting for several years and I had to repair numerous electrical problems with it to get it this far so I don't know what other problems there might be with the unit but I have been told that the swash plates out of neutral could keep it from cranking but I don't know if it's true or not any help would be appreciated.
