I love this idea but we went with the Black Label ALBL because it just gives us more space. We felt right it’s just my opinion that the extra bathroom instead change it to a washer dryer room. Giving way for an even bigger bathroom. At the end the day the tv will be at an tv park or resort that have accommodations for another bathroom. Or at the property like us we are 4 people and no problem to use the bathroom.
Been watching a lot of your content for years now and I'm living in my rv and looking to upgrade to a destination and I have looked at the floor plan for the 44view for a while I think this video just sold me on one
I have a 2020 grand lodge with 3 slides, doesn't have the 2 lofts but it has 2 sleeping bedrooms over the front bedroom. The living room has opposing slides that make the living room 13.5 feet wide. That extra 1/2 bath would be nice! Have it set up on a private lot in the mountains of Western NC. We have actually had Elk grazing on the property.
It’s all about need-if you need to park something on property-this is great. If u need to travel, you will look for something else. It’s great having options!!
Its nice. All those windows act as thermal bridging. In really hot weather, or cold I would be concerned as far as staying warm cold. Looks nice though.

Outside storage would be my preference over having several feet of open space over my head on the inside. I'd much rather have a couple of steps up into the bedroom like a fifth wheel and have a large basement outside.
Bruh that thing is huge on the outside but not so huge on the inside plus you can't pull it around the country. No thanks. I could buy an old mobile home in a trailer park for less and have more space. They can be pulled to a destination too. This trailer doesn't make sense from a business standpoint
What size truck would you really recommend to safely tow this all over? I’m thinking of selling my 2018 Cyclone 4018 toy hauler (5th wheel) for one of these. I pull with my 2003 ram 2500 (airbags) 5speed manual cummin and or my 2018 ram 2500. I’m wondering if dually would be best for a bumper pull this size
The entire thing is cramped and small inside. I thought it would've had a lot more in it from looking at the outside. I'd probably pay like 15-17 grand for it and even that scares me. It looks decent but in all reality it's a glorified tent
A couple of fyi questions. Can solar panels be installed on top of it? Where would the batteries go? If you are in an off grid area. Also instead of the propane cans, can it have an adapter to hook up to a large standalone propane tank? Would a macerator be attached to the toilets? So it can be hooked up to a septic system can be used in off grid? Could the water connection be attached to a well? I really like the unit and like the bath and a half especially if many people come out with you for a week or a weekend. Thank you
I don't understand why no manufacturer is using Mini-splits on these destination trailers. Take the units off the roof and you can give those lofts another ~10" of height. Plus a mini-split is going to be infinitely more quite, and much more efficient. I would guess nearly all of these go on lots where the owners pay for electricity, so it would save them a decent chunk of change every year. Hang the outdoor unit on the back and place the inside heads where they are needed.
Your suggestion just makes too much sense. The idiot engineers, sales execs never both to survey their buyers or actually think outside the box and look at maybe just how Park Models have the mini splits. They'd probably say "What the hell is a Park Model?"
Why would you put the master bedroom in the front of the trailer and the master bathroom in the rear of the trailer? So if you have guests and you want to take a shower you need to walk in front of everyone. Put the master bathroom up with the bedroom and the half bath in the rear. And you don't have much outside storage for this size of trailer.

So here's the thing... I think they're on to something with these units, but I'm seeing a consistent flaw in many of these "destination trailers". We spend so little time in the bathroom, that having such a large amount of the space dedicated to that seems wasteful. Perhaps I'm just not seeing the value in a trailer like this. Not comfortably towable, so its' not just something you would take with you for a weekend trip with 6-10 people who are only coming back to eat and sleep. If it is destination, one might assume that this would be a longer stay unit, but then it's missing out on the simple things like a table and a place to do work. My family of four wouldn't practically enjoy a space like this.
IMO, a this is a single story with a loft. I wouldn't call it a 2 story. A true 2 story would have to be over 16 feet tall, making it difficult to transport with anything short of a Class 8 truck. You'd also have to carefully plan you route as it won't fit under nearly any bridge or overpass. One HUGE problem with this floorplan... The master bath is on the opposite end from the master bedroom. IMO, they should always be next to each other. If you sleep "au natural" you need to walk all the way across the rig in the morning to shower nekkid, or you have to grab a robe. Inconvenient. Also, I'd like to see maybe 2 less bar stools and use part of that area for a dishwasher. A rig this size should have one. This is clearly designed for full time living.
It really seems like the next step for an RV like this will be a rising roof mechanism to make the loft areas true "second floor" spaces.

Love the layout. Toured one at a dealership but still had the cheap modern trailer feel inside.
