Where was this when we were doing all the family road trips when the kids were young??? Looks great, and a great idea for a garage fridge then take it with you when you go, and probably way more efficient than a regular fridge out there
We have a smaller version that we use in the back of our vehicle when traveling between Texas and Michigan. We have brought back strawberries, blueberries, trout and walleye from Michigan. It kept everything frozen during the 1200 mile trip and we can enjoy the fresh foods in Texas at a later time. I may buy this one as it's much larger and having the dual zone ability is awesome.

I just bought a 53qt dual zone different brand caught it on sale. It doesn’t have the battery option but it does have a battery cut off option setting that keeps you from running you truck/car battery all the way down so it won’t start. It’s going to work great since outcasts Oasis has the small Dometic refrigerator. No more icing down the igloo cooler. Got it on an auction for 1/4 of regular price. It works great, but I would love a Bluetooth app with it. Again J D another great video
Very nice. This would work for my utv overlanding. A 12 volt battery and small solar panal. Hard to find ice in the mountains.

Call me crazy, but why is the industry abandoning absorption gas tech?? It's solid tech. The gas fridges last forever, solid boondocking tech, no electrical needed. Not everyone has power where they camp. The rv industry is not even giving you an option anymore. I like to have the option.
@@Treeplanter73 I wonder if it's due to the whole "green" initiative. And maybe the manufacturers are having to pay extra for emissions of the gas units they produce.
