Radiohead is like a many-headed hydra, they have never stopped evolving and experimenting, always different without betraying oneself... bewitching anyway...love that looping effect on Thom 's voice , everything is perfect! Thank you!!!
You are now realising that Radiohead are a fantastic band. Versatile and brilliant playing live. The musicianship is class. I was blown away with their theatrics. Exit Music for a Film is a tour de force, Fake Plastic Trees is just superb. I think they are one of the best bands Britain has assembled. Versatile and with the ability to surprise and delight at every turn. They can also rock when required. What a band to review with such ability in their playing. I love the drummer who produces a beat that is infectious, what a player. Thom Yorke’s vocals are astonishing. The range is amazing. The bass player is fabulous and the guitarists are bizarre and true rockers.
This performance is from “The King of Limbs” basement set a few years later. “In Rainbows” from the basement may be the greatest live performance I’ve ever seen - I requested “Jigsaw falling into place’ as it’s the only track from that album not on the set list.
Faust Arp is not on the set list either and I missed it although there is the other clip of Thom and Jonny that I like and Go Slowly is one of my favorites from the set so that makes up for it.
It's actually two drummers. The patterns required another drummer so they pulled in the chap from Portishead to tour with them. I believe he was still with them when they were last on the road.
This is the proverbial other basement session that has intricate percussion and amazing musicialship I love this one almost as much as the In Rainbows one and the other drummer is Clive Deamer who aside from being the drummer for Portishead had a Jazz band as well. They do things with 2 drummers in this session that I have never seen before
Sounds something coming from the 60's or 70's very psychedelic, i really like this one! Thom movements almost what makes him sound like that ( the bouncing movement) this performance is sweeeet!! And i love The Walking Dead, Jeffrey Dean Morgan keeps butt and Norm guy awesome show!! Awesome reaction Rory and i forgot who requested this SOOO GOOD thank you!! 😊💓🔥🤘✌️*Thank You Luke awesome request!!
Radiohead is a genre unto themselves the only band that has a journey quite like them is the Beatles and that is the reason I compare them to the Beatles all the time.

Radiohead have one of the most diverse catalogue of albums, and unlike most other bands, their prime era is heavily disputed and subjective.
It's actually two drummers. The patterns required another drummer so they pulled in the chap from Portishead to tour with them.

Your grin in the thumbnail pic says it all
I love this song, this beat, and Thom's voice is 👌, this is awesome
Rory, you gotta react to the whole album! This has been such a fun to watch!

Surprised you didn’t clock that there’s two drummers

Bullshit! Listen to the journey Talk Talk made from 82-91. That's progression pal!
